Great variety of beer! I am always amazed at their sour beers and always leave with some to go. Only downfall is food isn’t the best bang for your buck, but still very tasty.

Was my second visit. Beers were really good. Only to be outshined by the very nice and personable bartenders. Even took my brother, who isn't really into beer but really like the sours. That is saying something since he doesn't really drink. I also suppose since I bought it...he probably enjoyed it a little more.

The beer is very very good. The service is great, friendly, funny staff. The location is also pretty awesome, right in downtown Dubuque. During the summer when they get the front garage doors open, it's just about the best spot to have a beer in Dubuque. Love Dimensional.

The food is REMARKABLE, like I was really surprised at how good the brisket was. The mustard bbq sauce was a perfect compliment. The loaded fries with the blackened chicken was just out of this world good. I could eat three baskets of those!! Now, the only reason I’m giving them a 4/5 is because we both got flights of beer and some were very ehh. But, Whoa Yeah sour is amazing and would come back just for that. Highly suggest if ever in Dubuque.

Dimensional Brewing is the best kept secret brewery in the midwest. I have been to all the "big" micro brews I feel throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Iowa. Don't get me wrong. Dangerous Man in MN, amazing. Lakefront Brewery in WI, the standard. Pipeworks and Revolution in IL. Saying all this, Dimensional has my favorite beer of any brewery I've ever indulged in. A lot of breweries do one brew right. They do decent lagers, or crush West Coast IPAs. Dimensional? They do it all well. I could slam seventy-five of their Atlast Hefe. Every single iteration of New England IPAs are just as good as the last. Their Builder the Bob is a stupendous brown, and all their lagers and lighter fare beers bring warmth to any man's house.On top of all that, Besides the amazing beer? The space is incredible. Big enough to get all your friends together to watch the Hawkeyes on a Saturday, but cozy enough to go for a pre-date drink on a Thursday.Dimensional, hands down, is one of the best breweries in all of the Midwest.
Great seltzer as an alternative to beer.IPA was fantastic. Wish they had it in cans.

Love this place. Although we arrived after the kitchen was closed we enjoyed some brews. Great atmosphere, and the servers were extremely knowledgeable regarding the nuances of their beers. One person in our party was pleased that Dimensional also served wine.

once again great use of bringing old buildings back to life in the old downtown area... exposed wood beam ceiling gives it a post industrial feel with close to 20 beers on tap great selection. The outer walls lift to bring the outdoor inside with location being right near the Mississippi gives a great view

Looked like it would have been good but…. when we walked in, we went and sat at the bar. Lady bartender came over to us about a minute later and asked if we knew what we wanted. We told her no.She brought us menus and the beer list. The beer list looked good and we decided to have a flight. We waited 10 minutes.3 bartenders were there and nobody came back over to take any order from usWe got up and walked out. Won’t be back
