I'm old fashion and I don't really use online for Domino's because of safety reasons like fraud, and theft. And every time I place an order when I call this Domino's they send the call to India where they don't understand me. So I like to go inside and and talk to a real person so I can get my order right instead of talking to a robot and someone outside the country who messes up my orders. So when I came walking in this domino's at Central Ave. tonight I ask the person at the cash register if they have any deals for a large 3 topping pizza. (Ik it was 50% off if I order online. But I didn't want to because of safety reasons) as the person at the register was about to answer this rude guy in the kitchen interrupted and yelled at me to go online it's 50% off online! Instead of talking to me and helping me with my order. and I'm like WOW I can't believe our world turned into this. What happened to actually having a person talk to you instead of an machine? So I had to spend an extra 5 mins trying to order everything online compared to talking to a person who would get my order right. As I came walking back in after waiting 12 minutes that same guy in the kitchen who yelled at me and was being disrespectful gave me a dead eye and he was on his phone. I'm like wow! Some people in this new modern world are to lazy and just rely on technology to solve there problems. When I do my job and someone comes up and ask me a question I greet them in a happy and positive matter and I make sure I'm off my phone when I am on the clock working. Idk who the guy was that yelled at me. But if you are that guy and you are reading this you need to be more polite and postive if someone comes in and orders the old fashioned way. I'm never coming back to this domino's again very disappointed.

I would give it more but the app I have 100 points and every time I try to redeem something it never gives me the option. I have tried to contact customer care. I’ve tried to ask somebody at the store. Nobody can seem to help me. I’m gonna stop ordering from Domino’s altogether.

I usually pick up at this location because the atmosphere has a great vibe. All of the employees working have high energy and great attitudes. It's obvious they are working together and making the work fun. I always love going in and seeing the employees give off such great energy while they make tasty pizza!

We order online often and usually, have no problem with our orders but recently for the past couple weeks something has always gone wrong with our order. It’s been usually minor stuff like delivery taking a bit long (even tho we live close by) or a sauces missing.Tonight was simply ridiculous we had ordered a pepperoni and bacon pizza and got a black olive pizza. I understand people can make mistakes but this seems like it was either done in lack of care or lack of consciousness. Customer service is worse than an automated voice message. Some people shouldn’t have jobs if they can’t follow simple directions that they’re getting paid to do. From now on I will detour anyone and everyone I know and can from buying from this location. It’s officially on Wendy’s on 16th level of trash.

I am so tired of this place, why bother to stay open when you can't even serve a decent pizza? It's literally bread cheese in a few pieces of meat and you can't even bother to cook it right. No one at your location cares about what they're serving. Everyone's giving the minimal viable product to every order. My last five pizzas I've gotten have been a joke. Yet for some stupid reason because they're the only place open anymore so they feel like they have to put in absolutely zero effort because they're the only option.Even the free pizza that I got cost me $10 to get it delivered and it was trash

Went to place a delivery order at about 11:45pm as I get off work later at night and the online said they’re having technical difficulties and to call the store so I call the store which I was greeted about an automated system an that they were having technical difficulties there as well so no way of ordering via online or by phone very upset. I then called the uptown store location to be told the downtown store was having technical difficulties again! And that they aren’t able to deliver downtown not even when the other store isn’t taking orders an is open till 2am.
