Came thru drive thru for the meal deal asked for a croissant was given a bagel was working so didn’t bother coming back just came today and was told they don’t have croissants I should be reimbursed specially because the bagel was hard

The wait was long and the woman working the counter didnt speak to any customers unless spoken to. People didnt know where to pick up or order everyone just stood around as the one employee available ignored everyone while filling orders. She wasnt rude just not friendly or helpful.

The food is never made right, the coffees are barely ever made right. This Dunkin is lucky there isn't another Dunkin in town, because thats the only reason I continue to come to this establishment. There is only like 3 women there that actually kinda know what they're doing and let me tell you it is not the cook 😅
Edit 11/21/25 this Dunkin still sucks. Food severely undercooked and always cold, drinks never made right even though it's written right on the ticket. I have been a barista, it's not hard. All the surveys I've done to tell this establishment that something is wrong go unnoticed. This location needs to improve.

Leaving yet another review, again for the wrong drink order. My husband placed an order through DoorDash and ordered me a coffee with 2 stevia and 2 cream. Coffee was delivered black- but with the ticket attached to the actual cup listing two stevia and two cream. Why is this a continual problem with a place that specializes in donuts and coffee drinks? It’s unbelievable. Maybe I’ll start a Krispy Kreme franchise so I can stop giving my money to this place when my kids want donuts on a Saturday morning.

I am usually hesitant to give poor ratings, but I've lived in Dubuque for 4 years and never once had a drink taste correctly at this location. The food/doughnuts are always good, but espresso drinks taste burnt/extremely bitter... no matter how many times i visit or the different drinks i try. i've only found this with the espresso drinks; their regular coffee and non-coffee drinks are normally good. Just disappointing since this is the only location nearby.
Decent Dunkin and has all the usuals.
