I am usually hesitant to give poor ratings, but I've lived in Dubuque for 4 years and never once had a drink taste correctly at this location. The food/doughnuts are always good, but espresso drinks taste burnt/extremely bitter... no matter how many times i visit or the different drinks i try. i've only found this with the espresso drinks; their regular coffee and non-coffee drinks are normally good. Just disappointing since this is the only location nearby.

I love Dunkin but the last two times I've attempted to order through the drive through as well as GrubHub I was advised you were out of donuts. Mind you I sat in drive through for 20m then about a week later ordered GrubHub waited 45 min and was told there were no donuts. Dunkin DONUTS it's in the name. Please come up with a better inventory system

They always act like it’s a chore to wait on you at this location. Very unfriendly. BUT- I do love the ice cream. Also, I don’t understand why a Baskin Robbin’s would close at 8??
Editing again- genuinely the most unfriendly workers EVER. They never say thank you, smile, or act like they want to be there. Exact conversation the last two times “what can I get you? $6.03. I have your Hashbrowns”.

Idk why I let this bother me so much but it’s EVERY time I go here. “Thank you” goes a long way….

I waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my food as my order was forgotten after they asked me to pull forward. Now I've worked fast food before and understand being busy that things can happen. But all I got after addressing the issue was a general "sorry for the wait". I was always taught to try and right a wrong situation and try to bring the customer back. None of that was observed today. So in kind I don't intend to return.

Terribly slow. For walk in and drive thru. Sat in the drive thru for more then a half hour for coffee.
I've been coming here for a few years. Not regularly, just spontaneously. Usually no issue besides when it's busy it takes forever but that's expected at any drive through. Today though, today was a very poor day. The girl at the drive through literally dropped my bag on the ground and just kinda froze and then said "it didn't spill" ??♀️... so i unbuckled, opened my door and hardly reached the dropped bag. At least my coffee was good. I'm not the kind of person to make a big deal of something, so I just continued about my day with a disappointing morning.
