Went to Dunkin to get 2 small drinks 1 was an iced latte and the other a chocolate chip cheesecake milkshake, ordered from the kiosk waited a couple minutes for my 1st drink that was okay waited another maybe 10 minutes for my milkshake the staff wasn’t acknowledgeable of any customers finally someone asked have I been helped and they finally started making the milkshake. It wasn’t even the right milkshake then was told they don’t have it. Also ordered some valentines munchkins and had to wait for those to be handed a bag of some chocolate donuts! Staff was horrible, customer service was horrible!!!!!!! Not happy at all with this experience

Came thru drive thru for the meal deal asked for a croissant was given a bagel was working so didn’t bother coming back just came today and was told they don’t have croissants I should be reimbursed specially because the bagel was hard
The wait was long and the woman working the counter didnt speak to any customers unless spoken to. People didnt know where to pick up or order everyone just stood around as the one employee available ignored everyone while filling orders. She wasnt rude just not friendly or helpful.

The food is never made right, the coffees are barely ever made right. This Dunkin is lucky there isn't another Dunkin in town, because thats the only reason I continue to come to this establishment. There is only like 3 women there that actually kinda know what they're doing and let me tell you it is not the cook 😅
Edit 11/21/25 this Dunkin still sucks. Food severely undercooked and always cold, drinks never made right even though it's written right on the ticket. I have been a barista, it's not hard. All the surveys I've done to tell this establishment that something is wrong go unnoticed. This location needs to improve.
