I love Dunkin but the last two times I've attempted to order through the drive through as well as GrubHub I was advised you were out of donuts. Mind you I sat in drive through for 20m then about a week later ordered GrubHub waited 45 min and was told there were no donuts. Dunkin DONUTS it's in the name. Please come up with a better inventory system

I've been coming here for a few years. Not regularly, just spontaneously. Usually no issue besides when it's busy it takes forever but that's expected at any drive through. Today though, today was a very poor day. The girl at the drive through literally dropped my bag on the ground and just kinda froze and then said "it didn't spill" ??‍♀️... so i unbuckled, opened my door and hardly reached the dropped bag.
