Had a wonderful experience with Falbos Dubuque. Spoke with Aiden, who was very customer service oriented and provided us with some great pizza. Pizza was delivered hot, fresh, and very tasty. Highly recommend Falbos Dubuque!
The pizza was pretty good but where this place shines brightest is its customer service. I ordered online and messed up whilst ordering and an employee caught the mess up and called. He was very kind and got everything taken care of. When i got there the young man at the counter greeted me happily. What an amazing establishment.
Amazing customerservice! I made a mistake on my order when I first called, and they were very gracious 10 minutes later when I called back to fix it for me. When I arrive, they were extremely accommodating and very kind. Love this place!
