Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Went through the drive thru to order food with my girlfriend around 8-9 pm one evening, as we were ordering the girl taking our order kept interrupting us, and sounded extremely annoyed, when we were more than nice. Got to the window and the girl at the window was extremely rude right off the bat. They messed up our drink and gave us the wrong size, when we paid for a large, and when we told her we were supposed to get a large she slammed the window shut. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve come here and have received horrible service from this same person alone. I believe she is even maybe one of the managers there and the service used to be SO GOOD, but now is horrible. Will never go back here.

Went to get ice cream at 9:30 when they close at 10. Manager took order and after we asked for a second to decide she made a little comment, then when trying to order we were shut down because they were out of custard. Went up to drive through and asked for manager and she told us she took the order and said handled it properly and told us to leave. Horrible service. Will go elsewhere.

Love their shoestring fries! Took my sister there for lunch when she was visiting from Minnesota, and she was also impressed with their food and service. Reminded me of Steak and Shake, but better! Definitely recommend.

First time eating at a Freddy's location. Had a bacon burger and fries, they were great! Good atmosphere here. Had to wait a decent amount for our food but it was worth the wait. I would eat here again.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly environment. Plenty of booster seats and high chairs too.
