Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Freddy’s. Our order was incorrect, several items were missing, and we were not given any sauce at all. On top of that, the worker taking our order (name on the receipt: Kayleen) left her microphone on after finishing with us and complained that we didn’t order ahead using the app.
When we had to drive back through the line to get the missing items, she again left her microphone on and complained about us coming back around. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since we were only returning because the order was incomplete to begin with.
To make matters worse, she was also reluctant to give us our receipt when we asked for it. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation much worse than it needed to be. I expect better customer service, especially when the errors were not on our end.

We ordered a kids meal chicken tenders. They were not good but staff was very helpful and got us cheese burger instead. My steak burger was amazing. Staff was so very helpful especially young man at register

Disgusted Tyler the general manager picked up a fry off the floor and threw it back into the fryer never will I ever come to the Freddy’s in Dubuque Iowa ever again

Ordered a single cheeseburger and medium drink. Was told the total would be $9.61. Had to confirm they got my order correct. Seems high priced for an average quality burger and drink.

Fun place while on road trips to stop for yummy greasy burgers & shoestring fries. Great chicken tenders, too. Avoid chicken sandwiches (not as great as the burgers) and tator tots are overfried (have been to 5 different locations in AZ and IA and TX and alllllll are overfried. California Burger is amazing with their Thousand Island dressing added pickle and removal of onions.

I was brought to this restaurant by a cousin back in 2022. Never heard if it beforehand and now I go to it at least once a month whenever I go to dubuque. The prices are good for the amount you get and their points app system works great too. I build them up and use them to get free custard or something.
I'd honestly say it's one of the best fast food restaurants in the area. I love the original double cheese steak burger with bacon and fries and medium drink. Also the prime rib sandwich as well.
All in all I'd say go here for a nice bite and decent atmosphere.

This is the second time ordered on mobile app. Food was not ready when it said it was ready on the app difference this time. I’m not sure who the manager was or in charge. She handed me my food. Missing a sandwich went back never even so much as apologized. The guy was polite, but whoever this girl is, I would not ever go here again.

I ordered a fry and an ice cream cone I waited a little in drive through witch is normal.Got to the window and the guy gave me an ice cream cone that was overflowing of ice cream he was laughing when he gave it to me I told him I didn’t want it.I would understand a little drip of liquid but it was full solid ice cream all the way down the cone witch couldn’t be acceptable .My fries were cold too! Such a disappointment.
