Had dinner here the other night and ordered the pizza. It was very good and worth the money! The service was good, and the food came out quick. If you are looking for a pizza option out in the Key West area, check this place out. They can accommodate larger parties as well, we had to put some tables together to fit our group and they were very accommodating.

We ran a good size benefit at Happy's. In the weeks prior the owner was very prompt and informative about any questions I had. On the day of the event the manager and staff could not have been more helpful and cooperative. They handled the crowd at the bar very well and the parking in the back was sufficient for the large amount of people that attended. I HIGHLY recommend Happy's and have no regrets at all for using their facility.

Rented their banquet hall for a benefit I was running. The owner was quick to give me answers while I was preparing for the event and the staff was beyond helpful and handled the crowd the day of the event very well. I would HIGHLY recommend Happy's to anyone.

Stopped in here for the first time this week. It's obviously a favorite for locals and was busy even on a Tuesday night. We decided on pizza even though we had gone for burgers. Pizza was loaded with toppings, had great crust and sauce. From my experience I'd say top 3 pizzas in Dubuque. Super friendly and fun staff. It's nothing fancy inside but looks like it has some history. We be back soon to try more of a dinner or fish fry. Great place!
