The food is great. The atmosphere isn't great because it's a little run down. Even now, the dining room is closed pretty often because of staffing issues. ??♂️

I got 2 fish sandwiches. Took the buns off and look at lettuce that was black and brown . no way should this have been served. Lost my business for ever ?

Idk what is up with the Rhomberg Ave Hardee's but I'm done going there! I recently went to try the Philly steak promo Hardee's has. I was told they ran out of it. I went again today, and before 2 pm the door was locked! My last try, I won't go back again. No wonder all of their restaurants are closing one after another! I went to Arby's, and will from here on!

Shoutout to Izzy for de-escalating a situation caused by her other coworker Lisa with no customer service skills! If someone asks for light ice because they’ll be drinking their drink for the next 7 hours, Lisa’s response should not be “idk if I can handle that or not we will see” to the customer in a sarcastic rude tone. POOR customer service skills. I think I should be able to ask for my ice anyway I’d like considering I’m paying $3 for a drink.

I don't know if they change the bread I always get a Frisco burger it was good. But I got to say usually I'm more happy and impressed this time it was like they ran out of the normal bread they use for the frisco it was smaller it was kind of like drenched or soggy a little bit I got a order of onion rings that usually have a really nice beer flavor to it this time it did not have that it was all right not what I'm used to getting from Hardee's
Super Star with Cheese. Gorgeous fresh lettuce and veggies. Excellently flavored ground beef patties. Nicely melted American cheese. Wrapped old school-style, keeping the sandwich packed tight, with a secondary wrap around that. Awesome burger!

Just left there just now trying to pick up a doordash from a customer THEY ARENT SUPPOSED TO TELL ME TO COME TO THE STORE UNTIL THE ORDER IS READY I waited 15 minutes now making my customers order LATE!!! I canceled I will not suffer giving my customers late or kold food YALL NEED TO FIX IT the order was small and people being served that arrived in line after me is beyond ridiculous the doordash customer probably waited before I even got there and you serve orders over theirs 20 thumbs down And yeah my name on here and my door dash name is different so don't try that piece of krap reply
