Stop and ordered a chocolate shake threw the drive up. Pulled up to the window and observed a employee come in from outside and started to make my shake without washing his hands. The lady came to the window to take my money and I told her no thank you and drove off.That was totally disgusting and dangerous with some much covid19 going around.

Dirty store the last couple times in, personalities are luke warm and the food is hit and miss. What a shame. Never used to be like that.

I order a number 10 breakfast combo, get charged full price on and only get a sandwich and drink. so disappointed when you get to work, open the bag and it's missing part of what you pay for...

employees shouldn't be on their phones while helping customers. due to her being distracted she neglected to enter in my order correctly. disappointing

Stopped this morning to get cinnamon raisin biscuits, and once again they were stale, dry, and had obviously sat for a long time. I had also asked for extra frosting, and did not get extra frosting. The young lady running the drive thru obviously did not want to be there, and did not greet me at all.
