Food was good. But the person grabbing my Hyvee Chi was so rude. It seems like o bithered him just because i wanted to order. It seems like he was ready to go eat, too which i did feel bad. After ordering a #3, he wrote i got a #2 and 2 egg rolls on the ticket which was wrong. I told the lady at the checkout and was charged for a #3 with two egg rolls almost $3-$5 more than what I should've paid. After complaining I was ignored. I never had a bad experience here, but I guess you get that at night with high schoolers working.

Harassed and creeped on by lady while trying to eat my meal in peace. What’s worse is how she wipes the tables, spreading the germs and good around, and therefore doesn’t sanitize them due to improper cleaning.Almost forgot to mention that I paid for the managers special but didn’t get my second side of an egg drop soup…

I am very dissatisfied with this location. I called and asked when they closed. I was told 9 pm. I called a cab and when I arrived was told we closed at 8 pm. Get back to my hotel and check the website it also states that the Grille closes at 9 pm. Please update this information because that cab ride was over $35

One day they have wait staff to take your orders bring you your food the next time it's self-service we have to order at the counter

Breakfast. No longer serve hash browns, only sliced potatoes that were on one visit half cooked and on another on the way to being potato chips. The "restaurants" in Hy-Vee went back to having servers instead of order at the register and they'll bring it out. There's no need for servers. This is another case of a solution in search of a problem to justify some suit's job.

Ask for Pam. Best server ever. Very cheerful.
