went to ihop today and noticed my waiter nor the cook were wearing mask, during the duration of my visit. with covid that doesn't seem logical, to cook/serve someone else's food without a mask.

We went this morning which is a busy day with church, but our wait time was less than ten minutes. I had the biggest omelette I've ever seen. It was delicious. Couldn't eat it all. Waitress was pleasant, hostess was friendly and the food came out quick and hot.

Went here to order a buttermilk chicken sandwich. Order was placed then I was told 5mins later that there is no chicken available at all. Was very disappointed! I decided to order the monster burger instead. When it arrived it was a thin small single burger! It was taken back and had to be remade..??

Tried to call. No one answered. Walked in and saw only the cook. No one else. Stood there fo 10 minutes and they never came out. I hope they weren't being robbed a we didn't help

Perhaps one of the worse employees and management I've ever seen.I walk in to place a To Go order. They seem slightly busy (Worked at rasturants enough to know it was manageable). The lady checking in people completely ignores me as I'm standing in the middle of the entrance area. The gentleman checking people out asks me what I want, then he said he'll be back in a minute. Finally the lady checking everyone in asks me what I wanted, explained I would like to place a To Go order. She asks the same gentleman that walked off, and he proceeds to ask me what I wanted, then he walks off again with promising to return in a minute. A manager walks by, she asks me what I wanted, I told her I would like to place a To Go order. She tells the same gentleman to help me, he explains something in Spanish and walks away. The check in lady finally annoyed and asks me what I would like to order, writes it on blank receipt paper and takes it back.Not sure if I'm gone get food anytime soon, but this has been interesting ride for pancakes. Probably never to return to this establishment again.**30 min has passed since I started writing thisAnother employee just reached out to confirm the order.**45minMy order is out, but they missed my Hashbrown with incorrect number of pancakes.** ~55minI left the establishment with the order with wrong order of pancakes cus I'm just hungry now.Can't believe I'm saying this but please go to Walmart for pancakes... at least thy won't ignore you ?

I just order for delivery today. They delivered everything to my house except orange juice. I recommend if your going to do deliveries make sure you got everything the person order before you leave. But otherwise good food I would be happy to order from IHOP again

poor service took 45 minutes just to get food when we were the only ones there for 30+ minutes until someone else showed up, asked twice for coffee and nothing had to get it ourselves. food was decent but could've been better. and forgot to bring one order of pancakes

My wife and I had breakfast here this morning. Our experience was fantastic from the time we walked in the door until the time we left. A young man greeted us and seated us. He brought our drinks before our waitress even got to us. Cher, our waitress, was so happy and efficient. She was the definition of great customer service. Everything on our plates was perfect. The entire dinning experience was all we could ever ask for. Great job all the way around.

WORDT SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Had to send my waffles back TWICE, the first time they just warmed them up and finally made new ones after i sent them back again. My steamed broccoli wasn’t even steamed. The waiter didn’t come to our table for about 15 minutes after we were seated. Didn’t bring silverware until we asked for it. By far worst dining experience i’ve had.

This place has steadily gone downhill in terms of quality of food. I don't plan on going back. There is a reason why there is nobody here outside of breakfast.
