chicken, fries and onion rings were all very good, however they changed the macaroni salad and coleslaw recipes. Both too dry! jacks coleslaw used to be the best in town. You guys need to bring back the original macaroni and coleslaw recipes. I am thinking it’s not made in house anymore.

Ordered 3 chicken dinners 1 with onion rings instead of fries, in which they CHARGE EXTRA FOR (which is fine), Mac salad and 2 extra rolls tonight. I got there, they informed me that they cooked my chicken in the fish fryer and it was going to be re-dropped. They told me it would be 12 more minutes because mine it was burnt. Okay fine. Well it was 20 minutes. Still, fine whatever. But from the time i ordered to the time i sat to eat it had been an hour. With previous owners it was in and out in no time. I could order, pickup and eat in less than an hour. Anyways. I sat down to eat, opened the box and they didn't put my onion rings in with the chicken dinner. If I liked fries, wouldn't have been charged extra and not just waited an hour for this, i wouldn't have cared as much. But to do all that jussssst to have it wrong, ugh. also. the rolls were got in the chicken dinner are a new style. but the 2 rolls i ordered extra were the old "normal" ones and the edges of them were so stale. I tried calling up there 4 times and then I'm pretty sure they unplugged the phone or shut it off because I called and additional 3 times and got a dial tone. Since it was close to 8pm I'm sure that's what they did. I'm annoyed. We used to eat here literally once a week and gave the new owners a fair chance. But they've tweaked some things... which I've gotten over... but after this...I'm over it. NO THANKS JACKS.

Our order was mixed up with someone else and we had to reorder while we were there. They had the Decency to give us a refund on the original and cook a new order without a charge. A meal for four people at no charge, that's above and beyond THANK YOU. Jim Scott Jen and Kyle. See you guys next Friday for a couple fish dinners.

The chicken here is amazing! I ordered 300 pieces of chicken for a party, and they delivered. It was a bit of a challenge because I was ordering from out of town, but Shawn was professional and worked with my budget. The chicken was delivered warm and delicious. I have no complaints and will definitely recommend this place! I wish I could have taken pictures.

it seems that lately U need to either B there as they pack up your order or when U get there, it needs 2 get unpacked, checked and then packed back up because the here lately, we've been MISSING AT LEAST ONE, IF NOT MORE, ITEMS OF OR FOR OUR ORDER. Tonight we were missing the tarter sauce for our fish dinner as well as the potato salad we ordered extra. This was after we were told that they were out of shrimp for the shrimp dinner and out of bean salad as we were gonna order a Quart of it. Never used 2 have any of these problems until this last year. The service has gotten extremely lackadaisical and sloppy.

Hands down, the NASTIEST food I've ever had. My bf had the catfish, he couldn't even manage a bite. Soggy, flavorless breading. Still had tail, fin, and bones. I got the chicken. No flavor. No napkins or silverware and weren't offered any condiments. Threw both meals away. Staff had no problem complaining about the previous customer in front of us. Also used foul language. It was a bunch of random dudes who had no clue what they were doing. Don't eat here, ever.

You can tell new owners took over. Asked for pea salad and was given 3 bean salad. Mac salad was very bland. Paid about 15 dollars amd had to throw it away. Hopefully they get better. Will maybe tey again in 6 months or so.

Grew up enjoying there food as a local place for pick up now a days you probably can get door dash but otherwise they never delivered pick up only basic kitchen and counter place still smells of fried chicken as it did years ago not a bad thing gets your appetite worked up small fry is larger and cheaper than McDonald’s not to mention better and don’t even get me started on there amazing fish sandwiches mmm getting hungry now better call them put an order in before they close
