I came in today with the ick of the day getting me down and had a bit of a chip on my shoulder but the guys behind the counter not only put a smile on my face immediately but continued to be personable, top tier friendly and polite. Every single guy behind the counter interacted with me personally and put a bounce in my step walking out the door. 20/10 customer service

Have NEVER EVER had a bad experience of any kind here. The people R extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is top shelf and delicious. I do wish they had more toppings 2 chose from though. And their prices R by far more than other sub sandwich places...but what U see is what U get here. And, while pricey, I think that there are times that the old adage...U get what U pay for, is definitely applicable here. The ingredients R what U actually want on a sub.

I called them because I had placed a Uber eats order and forgot to put that my bf was allergic to onions , and Trenten the gentleman who works there was kind enough to fix my order ! Best service I’ve had in Dubuque food wise and I’ll be ordering more for sure ! That man deserves a raise bc I didn’t have to pick the onions off or order from somewhere els ! Thank you very much Trenten :)

I’ve been here dozens of times and the sandwich is always great, the service is amazing, and they are always quick but engaged with talking to customers.
Today I accidentally ordered online to the Asbury store. It was right before work, and I didn’t have time to run to the Asbury store. The employee at the one on Dodge went out of his way to call the Asbury store, confirm the order, have it refunded, and quickly made the order for me at the dodge street location and had me pay for it. I feel like this isn’t something other places would go above and beyond to do, especially for an error which really, was on me. I consistently have great experiences at Jersey Mikes. Other places need to take notes.
