Have NEVER EVER had a bad experience of any kind here. The people R extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The food is top shelf and delicious. I do wish they had more toppings 2 chose from though. And their prices R by far more than other sub sandwich places...but what U see is what U get here. And, while pricey, I think that there are times that the old adage...U get what U pay for, is definitely applicable here. The ingredients R what U actually want on a sub.

I called them because I had placed a Uber eats order and forgot to put that my bf was allergic to onions , and Trenten the gentleman who works there was kind enough to fix my order ! Best service I’ve had in Dubuque food wise and I’ll be ordering more for sure ! That man deserves a raise bc I didn’t have to pick the onions off or order from somewhere els ! Thank you very much Trenten :)

I’ve been here dozens of times and the sandwich is always great, the service is amazing, and they are always quick but engaged with talking to customers.
Today I accidentally ordered online to the Asbury store. It was right before work, and I didn’t have time to run to the Asbury store. The employee at the one on Dodge went out of his way to call the Asbury store, confirm the order, have it refunded, and quickly made the order for me at the dodge street location and had me pay for it. I feel like this isn’t something other places would go above and beyond to do, especially for an error which really, was on me. I consistently have great experiences at Jersey Mikes. Other places need to take notes.

Stood there and ordered in store not an online order and still got the wrong sandwich in my bag, got all the way home opened it and it wasn’t mine! And then the store closed so no way to fix the problem. Awesome experience! 0/10

Ordered a sub 2 days ago and got food poisoning from a roast beef and provolone. I couldn’t eat or drink anything for 24 hours without throwing up. I used to love Jersey mikes but will never go back!
