Ordered a Tuna Sandwich. Not sure it could be called a sandwich. Showed my co-workers the amount of tuna after taking a bite and only tasting cucumbers. I would estimate 1 tablespoon of tuna in this small sandwich. Says something when you can taste the cucumber garnishment over the "meat" of the sandwich! Should have taken a photo!

I received the best service tonight. We ordered through the app and some of our modifications didn't go through. There's a very picky person in my life that could not eat her sandwich and they made a new one and sent it up. Thank you Jimmy John's for being amazing.

Tried to order delivery. I don't have a car and live 1.5 miles away. They said that's "outside their radius". So you only deliver within a mile of the store? REALLY?!RE: SEE: DON'T HAVE CAR. Will not be going to a Jimmy John's again. If I can walk there in 30 minutes you can drive here in your delivery time. It's a backwards policy, I've lived in 5 different states, all with Jimmy John's and NEVER been able to get delivery. Only delivering within 1 mile doesn't make it fast, just lazy, and you lose a LOT of potential customers. Goodbye Jimmy John's, I truly loved your sandwiches, but can no longer support your company policies. Good food doesn't excuse abysmal service.
