Jimmy John's is a nice sandwich shop and the food is always prepared fresh to order and quickly. I like that this location has a drive-thru. I like that there is a vegetarian option, but I wish there were more options for vegetarians.
Vegetarian options: There is at least one vegetarian option and you always have the ability to add different veggies. I wish there was another protein choice other than a slice of cheese.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots around the restaurant

You couldn't have asked for better prices, amazing staff and a cleaner environment. I love going to Jimmy John's with my boyfriend whenever we get hungry for something that's not greasy, always fresh and I've never had an order that was made incorrectly, the best in Dubuque!
We had a large order for staff. I ordered the #11. The country club. What I got was a sandwich with guacamole, cucumbers, cheese, lettuce and mayo. No meat. The description says nothing about cucumbers or guacamole. But seriously, how do you forget the meat!?! So, thanks for nothing Jimmie John’s. No lunch for me today. ?

Sam and his crew did an outstanding job with the catering order for our soccer team. He made our pre-order experience so easy! Sam was so friendly on the phone and very willing to accommodate our large order. Each bag was labeled with the player’s name. They were ready to go early, and Sam even helped us load them in our vehicle. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

ordered a 16” #5 Vito and the mayonnaise and oil and vinegar were non-existent on the sandwich. it was takeout, so surprise surprise when I got home! I think the gal was making the sandwich like she would make it rather than how Jimmy John’s wants it made. Training issue? Either that or she forgot to include the menu ingredients.
