They mess up my order every single time I come here. I specifically asked for no mayo and they put mayo on my sub. The lady at the counter was taking drive through orders while taking mine. Last time I ordered a turkey tom which does not come with peppers, the man on the drive through speakers asked if I wanted peppers to which I said no, when I went to eat it there were peppers on the sub. Seriously. How hard can it be to make a sub correctly when I specifically tell you what I do and do not want on my sub.

Ordered online for delivery to my job and took about 25-30mins to get to me when I’m 2-3mins away driver said they ran out of bread and when I went to eat my sandwich I could tell she was right as the bread wasn’t even baked right it looked like and how are you running out of bread when your literally a sandwich based restaurant and at 1-2 in the afternoon when people typically get lunch and then on top of the bread situation they forget provolone cheese which they charge $1 plus for to add and that was missing. Management should probably be at this location more as it’s by far the worst even when I get it at the drive thru window they still take forever to have the order ready idk what the problem is.

Walked in and the music is so loud nobody can understand you, they totally messed up my order. The kid taking orders was so confused I didn’t even bother asking for them to fix it. It’s a cold sandwich, it’s not rocket science. Everyone seemed to busy doing delivery orders, I really used to Like Jimmy John’s but for the price I am just going to Jersey Mikes. I have never had a bad experience there and sandwiches are so much bigger and better.
Take a look at all the reviews, this is were your profit is going, I am happy to take my business elsewhere.

Food is usually excellent. Last two or three times I went I asked for all the freebies and didn't get it. I was tempted to go back in after drive through and open my sandwich and make them put more on but I didn't because I don't like confrontation and don't want to be recognized as a problem. So like, to clear up a possible misunderstanding, the phrase, all the freebies, is your thing. It means you want spicy peppers, banana peppers, sauces, onions, Maybe mustard? I didn't get any of that on my sandwich this time. It was Plain Jane with banana peppers. But maybe explaining this will help you guys for the next time someone asks for all the freebies.

Other than the bourbon cheddar I love thier tuna sandwich and the ultimate porker! Tried the JJBLT today! Anything from Jimmy johns is awesome but the staff here in Dubuque on northwest arterial is the best!

Really like Jimmy John’s, this location is horrible. Staff were rude and reluctant to help, seemed to busy chatting to care. All young kids with no management anywhere around, I I think the drive through is overwhelming them. Just shut down in store dining, don’t ignore paying customers and expect them to return. Staff were deep cleaning store over uncovered food, I did not see any freaky fast going on. should have just went to Jersey Mikes, would have cost the same for a much better sandwich and experience. One horrible review after another says a lot about there business model.

It's too limited on the options you have to make wraps. They had only had 3 to choose from and you can't pay to add additional meat like the sandwiches. The flavor was mediocre. I was looking at a pamphlet that was next to the the credit card reader and the employee became rude how I wasn't allowed to look at it. Even though it was right on the counter were you pay, next to the catering pamphlets.

Order took forever. Cookie was hard as a rock. The first 4 inches of my sandwich was nothing but bread. If this is JJ becoming the next subway, I am done eating there.
I order a number 7 every time for the last 10 years from different locations around the country. Not sure what this location has served me the last two times but it didn’t taste fresh or like a number 7. Never coming back to this location, sadly.

I actually worked here for 2 yrs and aside from the employee/employer problems lol, I will say that Jimmy Johns takes huge strides to serve high quality fresh food, you know if you are eating here that you are getting real food unlike other fast food chains and i have to give them kudos for that!
