I have been going here for years and it's been excellent. In the past couple weeks the sausage egg burrito has changed. Imho the sausage cheese burrito was perfectly constructed. The past two seem like there is less ingredients and more cheese. For me too much cheese. My partner and I miss the old burritos. Don't know if it's a new recipe or the usual chef is on vacation. Coffee still fantastic!

Nice to have a coffee drive thru that isn’t Starbucks. Very typical coffee and latte menu. Love the smoothies, Italian sodas, and the scones. Wish they were open later.

Jumble has been my favorite coffee place in Dubuque for YEARS. I live in Clinton now, but whenever I travel to Dubuque - I first stop at Jumble before doing anything else. My favorite thing to get is an almond milk latte. They always make it accurately (milk to coffee ratio) and it is SO delicious!

Strictly a drive-thru. I'll stick to Starbucks and Scooters. The coffee was too watered down and lacked that strong Irish-Cream flavor that looked so promising on the menu. 😔

The company has business cards that direct you to a website. I thought perhaps the website would list the products but it doesn't work so I contacted the company and this is the response I received, "What did you need?" My reply, "Well-I received a gift card and wanted to check out your products and
prices but your website that is listed on your business card is not up
or working. Wondering why you would have a website listed on your
business card that is not working?
Probably not a good idea to give or get a gift card from you. Thanks anyway. The response, "Sorry we do not sell online. Gift cards are used in our stores. My response, " did not want to buy it online. This is not the point. The point
being IF you have a business card AND it says you have a website then
customers will naturally think they can see your products and prices
on the website. Get rid of your business cards then as it is confusing.

I have been to the JFK site two times in the last two weeks, I got a large and I got a small, and both times I felt as if there were absolutely no flavors put in the drink! I ordered a peppermint mocha and it had no taste of peppermint and then I ordered a Northwoods And there was no taste of caramel or maple! It was a lovely warm drink, but with no flavoring whatsoever is this usual? The service was great. The price was good, but the flavor…

Easily the best coffee in Dubuque. Their staff is very friendly, and the coffee is so so good. I’ve only had my coffee made wrong once in the 6+ months I’ve been going here. I went back, and the girl was very nice and remade my drink with no problem at all! Their pricing is really good too. I think it is honestly a bit cheaper than most coffee places in Dubuque, which is awesome. Love this place!

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I got the salted pumpkin roll cold coffee and it had zero flavor and just tasted like burnt black coffee. I threw it away after trying a couple sips.
