I went there tonight 1-23-25 around 9:10ish pm. Only one worker she was busy doing everything. Please give her a raise stayed patient as well of making sure we were getting good service and she was very nice.. take care of her upper management of KFC!

No it was not a fun place to dine at. there was a guy that worked there that kept coming in and out and whispering/mumbling to themselves. Once we walked in a person glared at us and sighed really loudly and huff at us. the food was stale and lukewarm

Im not sure of the lady's name but I sure hope she is the manager of this place, becase she kicks ass and is usually the only one running the show and she does an Awesome job!!! I'm a Dasher and I was here Saturday night during the ice storm on Dec ,14th. The drive- thru was super busy and she was busting butt getting all the orders out... give this lady with the glasses a raise she defintely deserves it!

The JFK restaurant is way better than the one on 20th St.. Much friendlier and the chicken is always fresh. I have gotten nasty old chicken at 20th St..

I like the new redesign of the building, staff is usually nice, and the food is always good. I've never had any bad experiences here.

I give the food a 2 star.Because the food tastes good but the chicken pieces are getting very small. And the mashed potatoes and coleslaw are not as good as they used to be. Portions of everything are getting very small.
