I do Door Dash delivery pick up, so I don't know how the food is here, but the lady that I dealt with needs to work on her manners. Luckily this is the only place that I've dealt with snotty service here in Dubuque, and thankfully the recipient was very kind.

My fiancé and I had our first date here and have regularly come back for special occasions and the occasional treat ever since. Not only is the food excellent, but Lina is such a kind person. She personally helped me box up my food, held the door for me, and ensured I got outside safely (for clarification, I walk with a cane and can struggle to navigate because of it at times, especially if my hands are full). If that doesn't say top-tier customer service, nothing does. Even further, the portions are so huge for what you pay! I'm going home with two more meals worth of food. Overall, great food, great value, great service.

Love this place. Drove 300 miles for a long weekend with the express idea of eating at Lina's a few times. Our waitress, Hanna, was fantastic!

Got in just a little after eight on a Friday night they said they were still serving food so we ordered a curry and a chicken pad Thai with spring rolls. The Spring rolls were big and mostly stuff full of noodles hardly any vegetables. The curry was extremely watery and more like a soup with undercooked veggies and dry chicken so we had them just throw the curry away. Still got charged the full price for it and at that point, we were so disappointed we just came home. I opened up the pad Thai the next day and realized there’s absolutely no pad Thai sauce. It’s just noodles and dry chicken. I called to see if there’s anything I can do and all I got was a bunch of, unfortunately’s. I can’t do this. I can’t do that. I didn’t even ask for my money back which will be the right thing for them to do but it was more of a oh sorry about that with two beers. The total was roughly $50. At least they got the beer right.

Great service, even though they were busy the service was great and polite.

Excellent Thai food.
Overheard the people at both tables close to us say how good the food was. It made me excited for my order to come. When it arrived it was great. My 10 year old said it was the best too. The kids will love it.
