Little Caesars Pizza

To the guy who just told me if i could get there in 2 minutes for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza it was ready. Little did he know I own a business that is only 2 blocks away and I met 2 cars as i was pulling in at 9:59 and 1 of them wanted to try and pull in front of me. Well guys I've ordered numerous big orders for my shop cause we really enjoy your pizza and convenience of it being right next door. We are going to have to find a new place. Hopefully a place where there employees care a bit more.

Absolutely horrid experience. It doesn't take a genius to run a pizza counter and put pizzas that have already been paid for in the pizza portal. My pizzas were already done when I walked in, but they weren't placed in the portal where they belonged so I could not just help myself and retrieve them. So I stood there for ten or more minutes and no one could wait on me or ask me what I was waiting for. I WAS WAITING FOR PIZZAS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. Finally I left empty-handed. I went home and cooked dinner for my kids because I got sick of dealing with the terrible, subpar service offered by this place.

Ephram was very helpful, kind, and patient. He offered plates, cups, and napkins. He had to run two transactions for me because I'm forgetful as hell. Then he had to print the 2 receipts for me after I said no because I'm indecisive. He also has some red in his hair and red heads are winning. He deserves a raise yesterday.

I ordered two large sausage extra sauce and one large cheese pizza extra sauce. Got home found out that we were given somebody else's order so I called and was told that to come back and they'll give me my pizzas I figured okay so I pick up the new pizzas I get back home and they gave me the same exact order at this point I have six pizzas now but we never got our sausage pizza so I called back again spoke to a manager his name is Nathan. He was pleasant to deal with and is going to refund me my cash and set me up with some pizza thanks Nathan.

Al though the lady at the front desk stayed, she wouldn't serve us unless we had a call in order, which we did. The food was good and got it fast also.

Better tasting and less expensive than Dominos, Hut, or Pappa Johns. I can could on Little Cesar's for consistency. Delivery is best ordered on their app, as Uber Eats, like, doubles all the menu prices.

Showed up to pick up a door dash order about 1 minute after close. Keep in mind I was just the delivery guy. Had to knock on the door. First time, got looked at and completely ignored. Second time, the yelled that they were closed. And then finally i had to yell through the door that i had a door dash order to pick up. I like the food but the people that work there just do not care.

First off- the food. The food is probably the best part, as someone who enjoys the spice in the sauce and the taste of the stuffed crazy bread is makes going here worth it.

Second- service. The service you get mostly depends on the day, sometimes they're busy so they can't keep track of your order and then everything takes forever but if it isn't that busy, you will most likely get what you want.

Third - atmosphere. It's a nice little outlet, but I feel like it's aging and just needs a small update.

I ordered an online order at 7:32pm. The tracker told me it should be done approximately 8:34-8:42pm. All I know is it was a hour wait. I asked the worker if the ETA was correct. I was told yes that they just received a order of “100” pizzas. I patiently waited in my car FOR OVER A HOUR!!!! When I got the notification that my pizza was ready I walked inside. They DID NOT HAVE MY PIZZA. They informed me that it must have been given to someone else. Possibly the customer with the 100 pizzas had it. I don’t know. I was informed they will make me another pizza at 8:48pm but they close at 9pm and that I would have to wait longer. HUNGRY and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE. I politely asked for a refund which was issued. SO I LEFT HUNGRY AND FRUSTRATED AFTER WAITING FOR A HOUR FOR 1 PIZZA. But I’m sure the customer with the “100” pizzas got all of his plus probably mine.

Pizza was okay and was done in about 10mins which could explain why the crazy bread was disgusting barely any cheese on it mushy and wasn’t even cut they just through sum dry bread in a bag and called it good worst little ceasers experience hands down couldn’t even call them to see if they could give a credit or anything cause the phone lines busy or not hooked up.
