False Accusation and Public Humiliation
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Los Aztecas Asbury. My husband and I dined there on May 18th and upon leaving tonight June 6, we were wrongly accused of not paying our bill May 18, Despite immediately providing bank records showing that a payment had cleared, the staff continued to insist that we had not paid, causing a scene and publicly humiliating us in front of other diners.
