Naturally packed on Saturday nights so it could use an updated bathroom but drinks were all good huge selection on tap
I'm sad that I live in New York. Because I'd be hitting up Lot One all the time. I got a pretzel that was bigger than my head and the most delicious spicy chicken sandwich. They were quick and nice.
One of the best burgers you'll ever eat. Just love the place.
Solid lunch option. Portion sizes a bit small but pleased with the quality for the price. A dozenish beers on tap.
Not much seating down stairs. Fun environment. Street parking, the lot next to them belongs to someone else. Food was great!
Checked out this place impulsively when we saw the narrow looking building from the museum and thought it looked neat. The bar tender / server was so kind - and went out of his way to make my youngest feel special on his birthday. And the food was outstanding - highly recommend the giant pretzel appetizer.
Great food and great atmosphere! Would highly recommend the giant pretzel! More local beers than you can shake a stick at, will definitely go back when we are in town again.
I think the beer was tasty… but I tipped in cash for the one drink I ordered and the boy behind the counter got mad at me for not tipping on my card, and was shaking his head directly at me trying to shame me. I don’t know why he thought I should tip in cash AND credit. Never quite had that experience before! Don’t worry kid, I learned my lesson. Wouldn’t go again- very rude service.
Pretzel review only: 6.6/10This is one of the most consistent pretzels in Dubuque. Great value on the size. Ample amount dip. Probably have had this pretzel 10 times and salt quantity is the biggest variable. Queso and beer cheese are the biggest drawbacks here, just not my favorite. Good, solid, consistent pretzel that brings it every time
Terrible service from the woman bartender. I asked for a brandy old fashion sweet. She gave me a drink that looked like pink lemonade I sipped it it tasted like grapefruit. My husband sipped said it wasn't brandy but didn't no what it was. When I could finally get the woman bartender's attention I said this isn't a brandy old fashioned she said "I looked up how to make it, it's only one shot of brandy do you want a double its just weak" I said no this isn't a brandy old fashion and then she said "it's because I put an orange in it that's why it looks pink" she then walked away. We waited awhile wanted to order food but she didn't come back instead she took an order from a group of young girls who came in way after we did. They stood directly behind us.

Wow. Decided to try something new today. Arrived at Lot One at 8:20 and sat down, after a few minutes a bartender came over for our order and asked if we needed menus. She brought us the menus...and never came back. After another 10 minutes I went up to the bar to order our food. Just before 9 the server came up to us to say there "was a problem and the kitchen wouldn't be able to finish our order". Luckily there is a fantastic place not too far with amazing food! If you are looking for a perfect atmosphere, fantastic service and delicious food start your evening at 7HILLS! Totally worth skipping Lot One for.
Great beer! Great food! Indifferent servers unfortunately.
What a great experience! Wonderful food, expertly prepared. Best cheese curds ever!! Very nice beer selection. Such friendly and accommodating staff, too. We had lunch on a Saturday, and especially enjoyed the live music. We will definitely be back!
Good service and food.
