My sandwoch wasn't made correctly (quarter pounder with cheese, lettuce, and tomato only) so I go up to the counter, and the worker hands me a four piece chicken nugget box full of lettuce. If someone is complaining about the food make them a new sandwich it's the nice thing to do. Clean up the store also there was bits of trash on the ground. Does anybody know about good customer service anymore?

Staff unwilling to do there job they are getting paid to do. Employee stated ice cream machine shuts off at 12am? You are still open until 2am why are they cutting it off so early? I proceed to ask the lazy folks at McDonald’s, is it that you just don’t want to make the ice cream(mind you it’s a plain Sunday, just goes in a cup) he replied “yeah”. This place needs an inspection.

Dark Myth
Fast service was able to walk here after the Twilight Cruise from the Mississippi River. One issue there's train tracks between here and the river. I went to get breakfast here and a oil train over a mile long was stopped on the tracks couldn't get through. Asked local and they said the train could be there for hours. Didn't want to hop over a stopped train risk getting injured or it starting up and getting stuck on the wrong side of the tracks. So be aware if coming from that direction.
It was horrible. The communication was just awful and the food was just the same. The staff obviously could not handle Customer getting slightly irritated and felt the need to serve Me disgusting cold food that who knows what else she did to it

Don’t go here! They consistently get orders wrong and act like you’re an issue when the staff here is awful. Went in there today because it was on my way home and they have some kind of bug in there. I got bit in there 3 different times. Didn’t have a problem before I went in or after I left, so it’s definitely the facility.
