Their hours say they close at midnight but I tried to go at 11:20 and they said they were closed?! Several people were trying to go to the drive-thru and were as confused as I was. Apparently they operate on their own schedule. Lame!

Would like my money back I order 2 for 1 dollar cheeseburgers with one plain and 1 no onions both were made originally and were charged $1.79ea and one of the burgers had a couple pieces of long black hair between the cheese and the bun.alsi ordered two small fries but one get one for one dollar they only gave one frie and added a cold 6 piece chicken nugget had to sit and wait because the lady forgot to add the 6 piece nugget kids meal . Horrible job especially with it being the same faces there every day, cmon now they need to have a serious rehaul of the McDonald's down town Dubuque customer service isn't as cheerful or welcoming as it once was... Large coffee was on point tho.

The mcdonald in dubuque and key west has went down since the Hispanic took over sorry I said it cleanliness in Key West is terrible the staff can't speakee and they half the time on there celk phone. They have anger towards the customers and always mix up your order GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!.

This place is almost exclusively run/employs Mexicans who cannot speak English or can barely speak English (literally to the point I’ve been in there to see their employees needing translators during meetings with the white American owner). They constantly get your order wrong, even if you specifically tell them about something like an allergy. The employees will ignore you and if you can finally get someone, they look at you like you’re an idiot. You call to talk to a manager and they just hang up on you and yell and/or swear at you. They’ll also be in the back talking about and laughing at people as if none of us understand Spanish. They’re super slow as well. There’s no getting in and out of this place so there’s absolutely no excuse for any of this.

Apparently, my breakfast mobile order was canceled. The manager said I would get a refund in a couple hours. Over a month later, and after multiple phone calls, I still haven't gotten my refund.

There's just ALWAYS a problem from start w finish when U visit a McDonald's. The language carries absolutely do not help in any way. Frustrating. I should B able 2 place an order with NO problems or excuses and get EXACTLY what I paid for, what I ordered, how I ordered it , the FIRST TIME. I really don't think that's expecting too much
