Everything sucked everything was cold my burgers where not properly wrapped fries where soggy and cold missing items and McDonalds refuses to do anything about it don't order or eat here.

This morning, my pregnant wife has a craving for specifically a caramel hot chocolate from McDonald’s.
Went in, ordered at the register (not self service), and waited.
Got the drink, and went home only to realize that it was a caramel mocha.
Since she’s pregnant, she can’t have caffeine (on top of us not drinking coffee)
So I went back to get it replaced. Had to explain to the employee AND the manager that I didn’t want a mocha, but a hot chocolate. No coffee. With caramel syrup. After a while they gave me a hot chocolate (minus the caramel). Asked for the caramel syrup, and after more back and forth they said they said they were out of caramel syrup. Didn’t really believe them.. but whatever. I didn’t want to make a scene.

When I got back home my wife called and asked if they had caramel syrup, person said yes. She asked why didn’t they give me it and then they hung up on her. She called again, got a different person who spoke English, understood exactly what we wanted and said to come back sometime later, my name was written down and to get it.
Cool. Glad we got progress.

Few hours later I drove back (with preggo wife, who’s just been wanting this stupid caramel hot chocolate) to get it. Person don’t understand what we were talking about. Our name was not written down, at least where he checked. After minutes of explaining with multilple people, We FINALLY got a CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE. Come on guys. It took me coming 3 times and talking to 9+ employees. It’s not that hard!!!! Most incompetent Mcd I’ve seen full stop

Very welcoming employees they literally were at the counter after handing food out the window as soon as I walked in like on it. This is the second time I've been in this one passing through and it's always clean.

I mean it's a McDonald's, there's. Not much to say. Food is... Food.
I will say, since the nice group that took it over a few years ago they've almost always gotten my order right. Before the took over my orders were wrong probably 2 out of 3 times.

YALL DONT GO TO THIS MCDONALD!! Earlier I went to order my child something and mid way of me ordering the person that was taking my order yelled at me through the screen saying “WHATTT ELSE?” And I told them what else it was that I needed to order and b4 I could even say my last order she said “second window” bt I wasn’t even done talking!🙄i went up to the second window like I was told to do and there was two females standing and one of them opened the window and I asked her “WHO WAS TAKING MY ORDER?” Than the female staff told me my total but I wasn’t even asking about it! I asked again “who took my order back there” and the staff said “I DONT KNOW” and I straight up said “why did yall just scream at me back there” and she(staff) didn’t say anything than I told them again “YALL WANTED TO WORK HERE HAVE SOME PATIENCE AND MANNERS BECAUSE YALL CHOSE TO WORK HERE”!!! I hate this McDonald and this wasn’t the first time this had happened to me in this specific McDonald but I was nice enough about it and kept coming here but I swear today was my LAST DAY COMING HERE! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS MCDONALD AGAIN!!!!!

Girls laughing taking my order. Using app and not listening or hearing. Typing in wrong order on screen as maybe two taking orders at same time. Happened more than once there. Commend the work ethic, just need to work on customer service.

I used points to get a free 6pc chicken nugget but I was then charged for them. Not only did they charge me for something I used points for I gave them a 10 dollar bill and they only gave me 61 cents back . The 6pc only cost 3.39 when I brought this up to them and asked for some money back they closed the window in my face and wouldn’t open it again. I want my money back….

Fast food is something quick. However, the fries were bad. They are nothing like they used to be. I stop at a Mac's about twice a year, but this trip made me decide to skip it totally.

Never order through the app from this location. All levels chain of command were unfathomably unprofessional and quite frankly rude. Refusing to give me my pickup order or my money back.

I had placed a pickup order 10-15 min before breakfast ended, to ensure I could get breakfast before they stopped serving. My order went through, gave me a code, and I left to retrieve my order. I arrive 20 min later, give them my code (so now it reflects I picked up my order on the app), and everyone including the manager acts confused. They all said they did not have any food for me because breakfast had just ended. Confused I say oh I didn’t realize I had to come by a certain time it didn't specify. I thought my food would be prepared and set aside like how most other restaurants operate? Isn't that the point of pickup? I then ask for a refund, and to my surprise everyone continues to act confused as if not to understand a single word out my mouth! I then ask if they can substitute with food from the lunch menu (because I just needed to eat at this point), and again met with a confused head shake. The money spent on that order was my only means to eat that day. So for them to confirm YES I would not be getting my money back OR even food to substitute. Wow. I call the following morning seeing if I could come in and pick up my order now that it was breakfast block again. They answered the phone, I asked if I could come get a pickup order that wasn't fulfilled the previous morning- and they HUNG UP ON ME! I am disheartened and disgusted by this whole situation with this entire crew. Especially since I try to meet everyone with kindness and grace knowing the uncertainty of what they may be going through. Drive thru attendant, first window, second window, AND the manager on duty were incredibly dismissive. Please protect your wallet! 10/31/24 10:56am
