I really respect and like the staff...However often they have the order taker on the microphone the orders who has difficulty, understanding English and often gets simple orders wrong. The food is hot fresh and fast, However the orders are about 60% of the time wrong, they always fix the orders.

We will never go there again. The people they have hired can't even understand English. I got to the drive thru window to pay and they had my order all screwed up. The young lady could not understand what I wanted, so she sent me to the next window. Same thing, so I just took my card back from them and left. We ended up eating at a different place in Dubuque

Place is dirty and slow, place a mobile order and waited 20 minutes while everyone in drive thru drove by. Nobody would come to counter to help me, would not make eye contact. So much food scraps on tables, can’t be any food inspectors around.
They like to make your order a large without asking if you want it or not

I’ve never done a review on anything but the employees were so bad it was insane. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took a solid 15ms for a few items. About 10ms in and a lady asked me what i ordered, i read everything out loud and she closed the window on me and came back about a minute later to ask me for my receipt. I gave her my receipt and she came back with my food and drinks. The drinks were both wrong, paid for sauce i didn’t get, she didn’t give me my receipt back until i asked, and i ordered 3 sandwiches all with no vegetables or pickles. Can anyone guess what was on all 3 of my burgers? Vegetables and pickles smh. Only reason i’m writing this because i stated them my order technically 3 different times and they quite literally took my receipt and still got it ALL wrong.

So I'm not too happy with this restaurant . The first time I had gone here from out of state , they didn't give me my receipt at the first window. i asked for it, and they said you'll get it with your order at the next window. I pulled up to the second window, and they gave me my order but I was missing my drink ,I told them about it and they refused to give me my drink all because I didn't have the receipt . I told them that the 1st window told me that my receipt was with my order I never received it or with my drink. Moral of the story is Make sure you GET A RECEIPT FROM THEM.
