I was very excited to be able to find something healthy to eat in Dubuque. The juice and chia bowl were delicious and exactly what I needed.

Greetings. When I entered Nekter I was greeted by a very clean and sharp looking interior. The cashier was kind and patient, and made sure everything was in order. After about 7 minutes my order came out and the cashier called my name. The bowl I got was neat and full. All in all a very good stop, a bit over priced in my personal opinion.My favorite bowl here is the PB&J Bowl.Thank you.

Not horrible but not amazing. I had high hopes for a good place to get an Acai bowl. The Acai is blended and not a sorbet and doesn't have great flavor pretty bland and water down tasting compared to other chain Acai bowl places. Too expensive for what is offered. A good try though.

2023 update- I appreciate the response from The Establishment and have since been back numerous times and have only had good experiences. I'd like to thank the store for reaching out to me and trying to make things right.Mixed feelings. I've only had good experiences however the most recent experience, I brought my nephew there and he didn't know what to order. This was his first time there and so without explanation the staff asked if he wanted Agave and he said no not knowing that was the flavoring, then was extremely dissatisfied with the smoothie. I asked if they added Agave to my drink and they said no. I asked if they could add it and the girl behind the counter said in a somewhat strenuous tone that she could remake it if I want her to and based on that reaction I said no that's okay. My nephew was so bothered about the drink that I brought the full drink back less than 20 minutes later asking for a solution, compromise, or exchange. The young man, employee behind the counter told me they have a strict policy against any of this stuff, however somewhat flippantly offered to personally take money out of his own wallet to buy me a new drink. Of course I said no. With no solution I threw the drink in a trash in the store. Mixed feelings about coming back after that. I'm kind of frustrated because four or five reviews down the person responding from the store says that if you're not satisfied they'll remake the item given the price. I don't understand why I wasn't offered the same deal when I asked.
Did pickup, my bowl was ready when I got there. Place was clean and staff was friendly! I will be back with my kids to play games!

Clean bright space adjacent to four level two EV chargers. Great place to hang out and read while your car is charging. Close to a movie theater, so you can grab a snack or meal and head to a movie from there. Healthy ingredients that taste great, served by friendly staff.

I just tried the Acai Superfood Bowl and wow it was amazing! I love that I can eat kale and spinach and not even know that I am eating it! Definitely will be going back soon!
