My husband and I went to noodles and company on Saturday in the afternoon. I have been to several noodle and company locations, such as Davenport, Des Moines and Waterloo.Understandably, the food is from a chain, so it was decent. The food quantity and quality for the price is debatable, but if you are wanting a quick meal without fast food, this is up your alley. The place was average on cleanliness due to us coming off the tail end of a lunch rush.Service is something i was not impressed with. The cashier is what dramatically lowers my review. She, a shorter girl with black hair, needs further training or a position transfer of some sorts. My husband signed up for a rewards program since mine was not working, so he received a coupon to use towards his purchase. Coming from retail and food service ourselves, we always make a point to double check coupons ourselves so that way we don't become bothersome or an inconvenience. There was a featured food item that I was interested in and I misinterpreted that the meat description was in the noodle, not as the 'main protein' that is typically with noodles. Her 'description/explanation' was not clear and made it seem like it was a puree or sauce 'injected' in the noodle. My husband was able to discern the menu and was the one who explained it to me clearly. Not the service worker. Now, I am not asking for top tier service or even great, my expectation at a food place is if the workers can do the job. They don't want to be there, especially for minimum wage, and I don't blame them. She was rude.We had a coupon to use for $2 off a dessert. Which yes, it's only $2 but we wanted to use up the coupon to get more coupons, since several reward programs only send out offers once the existing one is used up.She did not understand the POS system and it seems like several employees are aware of that. The coupon was not applying because of an error on her side ( I was able to discern that from a comment from an employee later) and instead, she was almost argumentive to my husband and was not willing to get assistance until my husband asked for it. The manager who came over was pleasant, apologetic and was able to resolve the coupon situation.I ended up getting a drink a few minutes later since we forgot and the employee, a blond hair gentleman, was great! He was able to provide pleasant and quick service. So, to summarize the experience, if you want noodles and company, this place would be fine for order pick up or drive thru. I do not recommend dining in.Parking: Decent parking lot, can be full in the middle of lunch rush

Place is getting a rough start, food was good. A bit cold, service was very slow and portions were not any where near worth the price. Place was extremely dirty and not really that busy, very short staffed. No manager anywhere to be found to lend a helping hand.

Every other noodles and company has a regular drive through. Only online pick up only. What a waste.

Started out so good and now so mid, the sauces aren’t the same texture or taste even. Staffed kitchen and the soda machine out of most things. Not worth the cost. What’s management doing?

Was very excited we got a Noodles in Dubuque, closest one is 1.5 hours away. Tonight 5 orders after me got their meals before me. Told twice by staff just a few more minutes when I inquired. The Mac and cheese is bland, cheese congealed and just awful. Was here 30 days ago and the Pad Thai, my all time favorite, the noodles were not cooked all the way, very tuff to eat. I will give this restaurant 30 more days to work out the bugs but if disappointed again this not be a Noodles I will go to at all.

I have to say, seriously underwhelming. Cashier was very nice. Food took entirely too long, and wasn't very good. Had to go back to get the chicken I ordered. Probably won't be back.

This place just opened here. It's not a good establishment for this city so far. I've been to others out there, but they are trying to cater to the fact that this is a college city, giving it college vides. So the taste buds of students to me are not there yet. The place is clean, not too busy as of right now. The parking is terrible as the establishment is in a plaza with other businesses. The food could be a little better. The menu is full of pasta dishes that have nothing to do with Asian food at all. But if you like Noodles, everything with some chicken wrap options, then this place is for you.

Hi I went to the new Noodles and Company in Dubuque Iowa last saturday night and was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered online and when I went to pickup my food inside it wasn’t there. It said on the app it was ready so I asked someone working and they said they accidentally gave it to the wrong customer and they would remake it. I stood there for 30 mins while customers walking in the door and ordering all got their food. I had to ask yet again where my food was and waited even longer. No refund no apology nothing. I worked in customer service the past 20 years and I can’t imagine not offering either a refund or a coupon for a free meal/meals. It try making me so sad because I do love the food but that was really terrible customer service. I wasn’t even hungry by the time I got home as I was so upset by the whole situation. I did a surgery that evening and never heard a word back

Been here several times already, because the late closing time is so convenient for pickup after work. Delicious food, courteous and prompt service. Personal faves include the pad Thai and the Med salad. Hubby wishes there were a few spicier choices.

We love Noodles and Company and are so happy to have this location in Dubuque. To make things easier, use the app to place your order and once it is ready, your order can be picked up at the Pickup Window on the side of the restaurant; follow the signs to the window. NOTE: you cannot place your order at the pickup window, but must place your order online. I like the Noodles reward program where you can get some free items once you accumulate the points.Vegetarian options: As a vegetarian, I am able to order a few items from the menu and I LOVE the tofu which can be added as the protein.Parking: There is free parking outside of the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: This is a kid-friendly, casual environment.
