I only come in once in a while, and they still remember what kind of beer I drink! A beer and a hamburger, make for a pretty good start. Excellent and knowledgeable bartenders, finish the rest of that picture, to give it that neighborhood pub feeling!
Parking: Both sides of Central Ave have metered parking until 5pm.|
Also metered and unmetered parking on the numbered
East/West. They have handicap parking almost immediately in front of the bar and it’s easy to run in and out to put more change in your
meter. You can only put in an hours worth at a time.

The food and prices were good, and the service was friendly. There isn't space for an out of town couple (definitely not a family) to really feel comfortable. Seating is limited. Noonan's is a tight space with a tight knit group of patrons singing along with the jukebox. I could see this as a fun stop on a night in downtown Dubuque if you're interested in being really really close with local frequenters.
