We were excited for good pizza and the famous spaghetti pie. The food was pretty good but I felt we were a bit rushed through even when the place was not that busy. A member of our party did the 3 course deal and the dessert came before we had even eaten a quarter of our entrees, so try eating spaghetti pie while smelling cinnamon at your table, awful. The chicken tenders were way over cooked and looked it, and dry. Then our bill came really quick after the dessert, again making us feel rushed. I was still eating when we were then asked if we wanted any boxes. If you have seen the spaghetti pie with Alfredo, you will know thay it will not keep well in a pizza box, it will soak into the cardboard and dry out, yuck, but that is what we got to take it home. We did end up getting a Styrofoam box after asking but the waitor then smelled of smoke.
Overall it was fine and we got what we came for, but wished it was just a bit better and a bit less rushed.

Delicious ranch dressing and garden salad but the pizza crust was soggy and greasy.

Food is over priced and tasteless staff is not attentive. Have gone here a lot lately (not that I wanted to) due to work using it as meeting place.
Parking: Its part of a hotel so unless there's a wedding plenty of parking

The pizza was terrible and super small for $54. Did not even feed 2 adults. Plus every crust, breadsticks, everything was “out of stock” on a weekend with giant sport events going on. I will never go back again if it was free. Nothing like Chicago style. Plus 5 employees sitting at a bench doing nothing well 2 employees running around saying sorry for everything. What kind of work place and food service is this. No wonder it was dead on a Saturday Night.

If you are black don’t come here. Dubuque old Chicago is more prejudice than the old south . I’m lots here 2 hours before closing and was told the kitchen wouldn’t make me a menu pizza. But 4 drunk yt ppl came from the hotel the restaurant is connected to and the bartender pulled out his pin and pad and took those orders. Ps the old chicagos that were in and around Des Moines were more inclusive but those are gone. But this one for the racist is going stronger than ever
Once we were seated, our waitress arrived relatively quickly to take our drinks. Our daughters got their drinks right away, while it took about 10-15 minutes or so for ours and our orders to be taken. My husband and I ordered a pizza to share and a couple of kids meals for our girls. The pizza was much smaller than anticipated (which maybe was an oversight on our part because we assumed it was standard pizza size), one of our daughters ordered broccoli and cheese. When the food came out, as stated previously the pizza was the size of a personal pizza, the broccoli was cold and had shredded cheese that was not even melted on it so my daughter would not eat it. We would have asked to switch it but it was a while before we saw our waitress, which our daughter pointed out was eating near the kitchen. She was polite girl, however the service was not good and the food was not worth the money.

Good food friendly staff. A little loud with noise but if the weather is nice, you can sit outside. Ran out of Captain Morgan rum.

The food is great but I come here all the time when I'm traveling and every single time I feel like I'm begging the server for bare minimum service. They need to hire a whole new staff at the bar (I have sat at the bar everytime so I can't speak for the regular servers and I have very reasonable expectations) I'm patient and I tip well

My husband ordered the Southwest Salad, and it did not have any black beans or any cilantro, which were both listed in the description in the menu. It was disappointing because those were the two things that sold him on ordering the salad in the first place! Other than those omissions the food was tasty and good. The beer was not very cold either.

My family and I had lunch there today and overall our server was very attentive and prompt.nice and quiet atmosphere. Nice dessert and pizza for the kids. Wjat happened, I ordered vegetarian calzone and it came with sausages. The server took it back right away, then returned with a seemingly correct order the second time. However, I could not finish the entire calzone and took it home. I got home and thankfully thought I'd divvy up the calzone leftover. To my surprise and disappointment, I found a big piece of sausage in my vegetarian calzone. Again!! Is that a joke?! If it was a random piece of veggies, no problem but not meat when I'm strictly vegetarian. Plus it's basically pork which to a Muslim, is a big no no. I really wanted to throw the whole thing in the trash, but I am against food waste and decided to remove the piece of sausage and not let it ruin it. Nonetheless, I cut the calzone into pieces and carefully checked every piece to make sure no more surprises were hidden somewhere. I do not eat any meat let alone pork and that was pretty disgusting to me. I'm not sure I can trust their chef again. I don't see myself going back.

There are literally several pieces of our pizza that have no, and I mean no cheese on it and almost no sauce on it. We ordered extra cheese! We feel we were taken advantage of, and will continue to write bad reviews about our experience tonight. I highly recommend you do not order out from Chicago Pizza. I feel ripped off! Just curious if you will make good on this. P.S. We took pictures of this travesty.
