We stopped here to eat on our way out of town. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful all the staff were. We were too hungry for pics but everything was delicious and we were definitely stuffed by the time we left.

we came in party of 4 2 orders completely cold lame service didnt want to correct it the right way our family owns a bar and restraunt this location has lame service and poor quality food by our expierence

Used to go all the time, but lately have been disappointed by the quality.

I had some Olive Garden provided at work in CR and it was amazing. Then today I was craving that experience.

Unfortunately the Dubuque location is somehow just consistently bad. And the comparison to the one in CR is kind of crazy. You wouldn’t think the breadsticks and Alfredo would be that different? They are. It’s like they’re different restaurants.

Ended up with about 22 breadsticks in my total order and there was probably a teaspoon of seasoning scattered across them all. Ordered a large marinara, which was a nice generous cup and a half serving… 😂😂

I’ll continue to avoid the Dubuque location.

Great service even though it was crazy busy. Well kept up on the inside and attentive caring staff. Back of house does a great job on the food as well!

We were seated at a table by the host fairly promptly, but then waited at least 30 minutes without anyone coming to our table. We tried to flag a server with the device on the table, and left the light flashing for at least 10 minutes. We tried to ask a server passing by to take our drink order and he told us he’d be right back and never came back to our table. Many servers passed us multiple times without so much as acknowledging us. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes without ever getting to order anything because no one ever came to our table.

The waitress was less than friendly. The dipping Alfredo sauce for the breadsticks was amazing but so different from the Alfredo sauce served on the chicken Alfredo. Very disappointing. Never got asked how our food was, if we needed drink refills, etc. just wasn’t the best experience.

My friend and I ate here and got food poisoning. It’s unfortunate . Please be cautious!!!!!
