I was here four days ago and the order was actually screwed up twice if that’s possible. Simply because the cashier was not listening.

We had a Turkey & Chedder and Bacon-Turkey Bravo sandwiches with Creamy Tomato Soup. The sandwiches and soup were good, but he extra bread on the side was too hard.
The environment wasn't as good as I expect from Panera. They weren't even slightly busy and we passed sitting at two or three booths that didn't appear to have clean tables. There were small pieces of paper that remained, indicating that they weren't cleaned after the previous guests. Also, when I went to pick up our order, there were two flies walking around on the same countertop. Not exactly what you expect or want to see in late October, or anytime really.
What happened to the microwave in the customer area? I like that convenience so I can re-heat a warm beverage or soup to my preference.

Ordered online for drive thru pick up at 1:30pm , my food was supposed to be ready by 1:41pm, I got in line at that time and waited an additional 20 minutes, made me late. I ordered a turkey sandwich with Mac and cheese, which there was no fork or spoon provided and not a single napkin. The Mac & cheese was also over cooked mush. Will not be back.

Very rude nighttime cashier. She always looks grumpy and rolls her eyes when you ask her a question, literally hates her job. Which I understand but at that point please find somewhere else to work. Their food is so yummy and it’s my go to place to eat, very very rarely will I have to go back in because they forgot something or gave me the wrong sandwich on accident.

They were out of Pecans for my salad. I think they should have told me when they served it and not have waited until I noticed. Disappointing!

The staff are super friendly every single time I come. The food, if it’s messed up, they fix it or offer resolution without the awkward inconvenience feeling. Food is great. But what matters most to me is how customers are treated and for that they get five stars.
Inconsistent food quality and no follow through with management reaching out or following up. I typically would eat Panera twice per week and have noticed Inconsistent levels of quality with food from one visit to another. It would at times look like a line cook prepared the food, then the next time a child prepared it. No kidding!! I attempted to remedy the ongoing issue directly with management but there was no follow through on what was said in the email. So here we are. Haven't been back since and unfortunately I feel like I have to post this. Do better! Stop serving sloppy, overpriced food!

Delicious soups and sandwiches. One of our favorite places to have a meal.
Plenty of seating spread out all throughout. Good food. Water cups and to go containers are set out and easy to get if you need them. You order on the machine to make things easier but it only takes card. Just be sure to check online to ensure nothing is sold out, it’s been accurate so far.
