I've been a loyal customer but the Dubuque Panera is trash food compared to Cedar Rapids. Dubuque Panera got my entire order wrong!! My sandwich bread was soaked in sauce and discussing. My chicken noodles soup had no noodles. They gave me an apple when I never ordered one. This location has terrible service!! The employees are rude or have bad attitude. Low quality food. Go somewhere else.

My husband ordered 5 soups, 5 1/2 sandwiches, and one full sized sandwich... nothing was labeled and the girl shoved it all in one bag. To which the soup spilled all over through the bag, and my lap. Mind you, most of the food was for our 4 teens who were at extracurricular activities all night and were incredibly hungry. I think maybe next time you have several soups, you should line the bag or don't shove all the other food on top. Not real happy about this service.

This was my first time coming to Panera bread the customer service I wish I could give it ten stars everyone was so nice and had a smile on there faces the place was very clean a girl she wipes tables she would conveniently clean the tables after people at the tables left overall it was a very good experience I had a ciabatta cheesesteak it was very good I will come back
This Panera Bread location was clean and upkept. My food came out quickly and tasted great. My only real issue was that it took nearly 4 minutes standing at the counter in front of the register before someone came up to help me. Meanwhile, multiple employees walked by and even looked in my direction, without saying anything. The person who finally helped me was friendly and helpful.

Do not get the Cesar Salad. Not a green piece of lettuce. Ordered the biggest size, was half way through after two bites. Trash.

Honestly Panera is not a restaurant I frequent much however my teenage daughter does. When she left her purse there yesterday the manager with whom I am acquainted with contacted me & made sure that she was able to make a hasty reacquisition of it today. It is always nice to know there are people out there with honesty and integrity. From what I have experienced this Panera has a great culture with such friendly staff and is the fact that it is managed quite well is quite evident, although I must admit to having some personal bias knowing some of the great people who work there. The food is good too :)
