Papa Johns Pizza

Order was to arrive between 7:03-7:13pm. Called at 7:25 to see where pizza was at as the tracker kept telling me it was in the prepare phase. Staff said that he was just walking out the door with the pizza. From the business to our residence would be a 12 minute drive. Pizza arrived at 7:45 and it was cold. The pizza was fine once we put it in the oven to heat it up, but it was disappointing that we were delivered cold pizza 30 minutes past the projected arrival time.

Ordered for delivery. Food was on time, hot, and delicious.

Michael McClain has been the GM here for a decade and it's still trash. Dan just replace him? I mean bro cmon. Make yourself some money get a new GM and revamp the place. It's not rocket science

Order a works with stuffed crust, everything was fine with the pizza except I ordered it with 2x extra cheese and this pizza did not have ANY extra cheese at all, it was just standard. Nothing worse than paying for something and not getting it, won't be ordering from this place anymore.

Everything was AMAZING! We had the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza, Oreo Cookie Papa Bites, Cheesesticks w/ Garlic Sauce. I haven't tried the Cinnamon Pull Aparts yet but I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Mediocre pizza not the way you ordered it. Not sure how they could mess up our order as NASA as they did. And waaay over priced.

There were next to no toppings on our pizza. Quite expensive for little to no ingredients. Very dissatisfied with pizza, and difficult to place the order as a call service was being used and person was extremely difficult to understand. Won't be ordering again

OK, so it's not the food. It's the customer service for me. I mean, every time I come in this place, here come the attitudes. The mad looking faces and poor customer service. No smile at all, just dead faces. Nobody's working in the front halfthetime, and they take their sweet time when finally acknowledging they see you. When you first come in, it's just a bunch of cluttered boxes on the floor stacked up. It's not clean inside smeared windows, stained floors, and slow on making your food cause problems as well for the recipient. I wish they would get it together here as this ues to be one of my favorite restaurants.

We always get delivery. Its my son's favorite pizza. Tonight for some reason the website changed to carryout. we always usually just log in and order no worries. I called about 10 mins after the time and found out it was for carryout. Great service from the employees. The delivery guys are always polite and on time. This will continue to always be our go to place. You guys Rock!
