Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

I called to place a order and was put on hold. 5 min. later no body came back. Called a little later no answer then called back then told to call back 10 min. later.
I will not go there again.

Ricky is incredible. Super friendly, super helpful. It's 6 degrees outside. I'm on like four hours of sleep. But Ricky made my day.

Great breakfast, but what really made it was Ricky, the GM. He was so friendly, hilarious, and maybe the most efficient person I've ever seen at a restaurant. Not only was he covering the door, register, and to-go orders, he was waiting tables. He was all over it and did so with a smile and a laugh the whole time. He really made our morning.

This Perkins deserves 10 stars from the moment I walked through the door the atmosphere was very nice. I was greeted by Ricky with a great smile and seated quickly in a nice clean area. Our server was prompt with getting our drinks to us as well as getting our orders in. When the food came out I was impressed on how fast it came, still hot and tasting ohhhh so good. While checking out the delicious pies and muffins displayed were tempting and I was convinced to get 6 muffins and a couple slices of pie to take home. I'm not from Dubuque, but whenever I am in town I will be coming back again.

Very friendly clean and nice people. The food was amazing and didn't take long to come out. I have never been to a Perkins but I will be coming back for sure. The prices are nice and the pie is so mouth watering

Ricky was very helpful, I'm older and have a hard time reading he took the time to carefully go over the menu with me made suggestions on what may be in my price range and would enjoy. I love the 55 menu with all the options. He took real good care of me and made sure my food came out hot and fast. I will come back because he friendly

Had the pleasure of dining in the new Perkins and it was a great experience. Water was so polite and knowledgeable of the menu with a great personality. She made sure we got refills our food came out hit and it was delicious. The manager Ricky greeted us with a warm smile and full of laughter making our experience very warming. I can see they love their job by how well the perform and help one another, as well as keeping the whole restaurant quite clean. I will definitely be returning!! Love Perkins
