This location is the shittiest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to, they have no seating in the store so don’t you think they would be able to get online/pickup orders done in a timely fashion? No, I had to wait an additional hour past my pickup time to get my food. The workers here are also very ignorant and condescending. I didn’t get greeted for 15 minutes and when I did it was a simple “what do you want”. Never order from here unless you want cold pizza and an hour taken from your life.

Don’t waste your time here. We’ve ordered here twice in the last couple months and both times we’ve been left without food. We ordered the first time for pick up and after arriving shortly after pick up time I gave our name at the window, then waited 10 minutes only for them to come back and tell us they were short staffed and hadn’t even started the order. Fortunately, Dominos was great. We gave them a month or two to try again, and after over an hour and a half of waiting (on a 50-70 min order) we got their call center (the local store just ignores the phone, even from their own people) and they set up an email to ask for a refund in 3-5 days, but obviously no pizza for us. This place is a joke.

Food was horrible they only delivered have of my order waited 2 hrs for the food and it was cold tried calling them 10 times to ask where the rest of order was and kept getting sent to call center not a good way to run a business

Customer service was terrible. No one greeted us when we went to pick up our order we saw a worker, who yelled that a customer was here. The lobby had 4 customers before we were acknowledged at all.
They gave me the wrong crust but made it right and threw in a 2 liter thanks guys. Also I love pizza hut
