It’s buffet style subpar food, the girls running the register were unfriendly and looked like they hate their job. The only pleasant person in the whole place was the guy that carried the chicken out to the buffet table. He was actually friendly.Below standard food, below standard service…. The bus staff was cussing and yelling through the dining room which when u come in with a group of people for supper it makes u loss ur appetite and not wanting to come back

Ordered my 1st pizza, The Bronco, and actually wasn't that bad. I ordered by phone and picked it up as it just came out of the oven. It actually was quite tasty.
We always love Pizza Ranch! We truely do. We just wish our local ranch was larger. The buffet is probably 1/3 smaller than most and can get extremely crowded. They also can’t keep up with demand and therefore don’t have a lot options most of the time. The whole location needs some TLC as well as our booth had a lot of tears and felt dirty.
This place rocks! It didn't originally show up on our Google map search but we were glad to find a Pizza Ranch in Dubuque. It's smaller than some of the other ones we have been but still had all the same goodness!
