Wow! I haven't stopped to RR in 5 years. My 91 yo mother loves RR, and had nothing but praises for her Haystack Burger, my sister, who doesn't jazz things up, enjoyed her simple burger, and I loved my Bleu Ribbon burger. First bite to last, heaven. Was very busy, but our servers didn't forget us and took very good care of us. I also forgot how much I love their steak fries. Thank you Red Robin, I will seen you soon, not 5 years!👍❤️😊

Excellent gourmet burgers and salads. Bottomless rootbeer floats. However, the raspberry ice tea is really weak. I'll pass on that next time.

Dietary restrictions: Red Robbin is great and a go to place for my husband and I because I have Celiac, a wheat allergy. Overall this chain has been uniform in understanding food allergies and all concerns with that. We love Red Robin in Dubuque and have gotten to know a lot of the staff. Everyone has been caring about concerns of cross contact issues. I feel safe and comfortable here and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The reason for my 4 star rating is the quality of the food served. The burgers seem smaller and when served the cheese wasn't melted, still square as if forgotten. The bun was very cool as well, warmer please!

Did not give me the drink i wanted

Came in for to celebrate Veterans day with my family and receive our free burgers! The food and service was excellent per our server. Proceeded to over hear the management, she was around and in the kitchen, along with presumed dressed other staff memebers laughing and making fun of other employees. Sad to see the highschool dynamics never end in the hospitality industry.
