Our food was amazing! Best Quesada I have ever had!! I ordered the steak one! We even went back next night and I had same thing! My husband loved his choices too. We almost did not stay 1st time as it was not busy but sure glad we stayed. They also told us they have a new chef who we did see loved that he was dressed like a chef too! When back in town we will stay at Hotel again and eat at this wonderful hidden gem! I think Our server name was Amanda?? She was very good!

Stopped in after a wedding reception. Relaxing atmosphere and bartender Ryan was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be a place for us to stop for drinks and conversation when we're in Dubuque. Easy access in and out of Dubuque from there. Thank you.

Yesterday, we had a reservation for a party of 8 and there were only 2 other tables with 2-3 people at the time we arrived. It took THIRTY MINUTES after putting in our orders for waters to get brought out to us. Not to mention that we had to remind our server TWICE about our waters. They claimed that they were just “sitting in the back.” It also took AN HOUR for our 4 alcohol drinks to all get brought out, and there were only 4 other people at the bar! All of the food had an off taste and was lukewarm and soggy by the time it was brought out (an hour after putting our orders in as well). Seriously a disappointment. Do not go here.

This truck stop is a hidden gem ! Their staff is excellent. Their facilities are first rate. if you get a chance, you need to stop by and enjoy their friendly service. The food is fantastic. They’re hot deli is excellent not to mention excellent coffee and all the little extras that go with it.

This is where we have customers stay when they come to visit us. Service and food is always great, nice spot to entertain them.
Good food but terrible service. First off the resturant only had like 4 other tables full. We waited 15 minutes for get menus and water. Ordered food and a drink and didn't get the drink until after we got and almost finished our food and after reminding the waiter since that was the first time he checked on us since dropping the food off. Then we waited for 45 minutes for him to finally come over after we were done eating and finally ask if we were ready for the check. All while watching other tables come in and walk out because they weren't noticed and not waited on.

On Thursday May 23rd 2024 ordered a Reuben Sandwhich off the menu. It took a while to get and when received the sandwhich meat was over heated or cooked it was not actual corned beef. Like you normally get on a reuben of this type or which have you. Was not a fan but will not order again or recommend tgis item as the way it was prepared by no means.

Went out to eat with my family after graduation, service was great but the food gave me and my girlfriend food poisoning. We ordered the chicken strips and coleslaw and the coleslaw smelt and tasted spoiled or if it had been sitting out all day. The chicken was alright but it must’ve been old or undercooked which resulted in this happening. Not to mention the menu had been cut down almost by half if not more, food used to be great but highly unsatisfied with however the dinner was cooked/prepared.
