We had a stay recently when we came to Loras college to visit our son. After he went out with friends for the evening we came back to the hotel and decided to have 1-2 drinks to relax. Our server Keri was GREAT! We ended up staying way longer then we expected and it was because of her service and interaction. We will be back again.

$23 for a pour of Eagle Rare was unheard of prior to my visit since the bottle retails for about $50. Thanks Riverboat for setting a new precedent... Bartenders were popular amongst the patrons. Bar seating is a little small but offers a few TVs. Lots of seating elsewhere in the lounge, including a back terrace. Seems like a good place to start or end your night. Occasionally has live music but for whatever reason, not on the Saturday night I visited.

We were there on 2/17. We sat at a table and were completely ignored by the 3 employees for at least 15 minutes. It was not busy. We left and went to the bar at Caroline's and had great service.

Keri, Maggie, Nick, Riley and the rest of the RBL crew are great.They are always helpful, friendly, and make some great cocktails.One of the few spots in Dubuque, that know how to make proper class drinks, like an Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Gimlet and etc.They also create some of their own signature cocktails that are also fantastic.
