Came with friends from out of town and all the food was delicious as well as adorable. Would 1000% recommend for brunch with friends.

The place is beautiful however the way it operates is different from most restaurants and leads to confusion. The food is unique and taste good however portions are super small. My child had to order more food bc she was still hungry. The prices are quite high when compared to any other breakfast styled restaurant in Dubuque.

Great food & friendly service. (unfortunately, many of the tables that see four people were being occupied by one person. I might suggest that you request parties of three or more sit at the bigger tables. It was really sad to watch families of 4+ try to maneuver small tables, and unable to sit together because of the selfish actions of other customers.)

Beautiful & delicious latte! I wish I had gotten some almond crescents to take home - so good! If I lived closer I'd bring my grand daughter for a tea party.

From the moment you step inside Roses & Berries Cafe, it’s clear that this place is something truly special. The atmosphere is a stunning modern Baroque/Rococo tea party. Every corner feels like both an art composition and a cozy place to sit. Their attention to the details in their décor shows how much they care about this place. Not one inch of the restaurant has been an afterthought. Obviously, it's not just the ambiance that makes this place unforgettable – it's the food. Their talented head chef and whole team somehow manage to master everything from buttery, flaky croissants to rich, warm butter chicken, indulgent crème brûlée to perfectly spiced shawarma, sweet & savory crepes to creamy, chicken tortellini. Every bite is a testament to their culinary expertise. The drinks are just a wonderful bonus – the hot chai tea lattes are a hug in a cup, while the sparkling lemonade and teas, are the ideal way to quench your thirst. There’s something for every palate, and each drink is crafted with the same attention to detail and quality as the food, pastries, and décor. But what truly elevates this restaurant is the warmth and hospitality of the owners and staff. They’ve created an environment where you immediately feel like you are a very welcome guest in their home. You are always greeted with genuine kindness, and you can tell they go out of their way to ensure every has a great experience. The atmosphere is so welcoming, beautiful, and relaxing that it’s impossible not to feel happy here. The owner's husband often mills about, asking how things are, and you can tell it's because he really cares about how things are for each guest. They are proud (as they absolutely should be) of the restaurant, their family and staff, and the work they have all put in to make this place amazing. If you’re looking for a place that combines impeccable food, enchanting surroundings, and a staff that makes you feel totally welcomed, this restaurant is a must-visit. It’s no surprise it’s quickly become a Dubuque favorite.

My daughter and grandsons celebrated my birthday with Omelette Croissants, so delicious! Can't wait to return. Great atmosphere, prompt service and ambience.

Place was packed so we took our food to go. Our omelette was about half the portion of what was being served in the cafe and it was wet with almost no taste. We also found a twist tie in the omelette.

Stopped here today, the day after the Thanksgiving and it was super busy, but the service was fantastic. The food came out very hot and fast within 5 minutes.

The crepes had so much flavor and seasoning in it. We got the chicken artichoke one and it was phenomenal. The coffee was tasty and huge! Perfect flavor and cream.

Absolutely loved the cute crepes and aesthetics and everything about it. Exactly what Dubuque needed

I was not prepared for how DELICIOUS this was! I got the Syrian fata which was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The pistachio tiramisu and Turkish coffee were also so good! The menu is HUGE, in addition to so many pastries. Will definitely come back whenever I’m in Dubuque.
