They screw up my order and when it was delivered to me it was all over the box and when I call to make a complaint they said they'd give me credit for their mistake and when I went in to use my suppose credit it wasn't there they had no clue about the mistake at all and said they'd make some calls to find out how much credit while I sat there waiting and they said they couldn't find anyone that could tell them anything about the mistake so I basically lost 40 bucks on a pizza and wasted over an hour of my time with nothing resolved at all ! Not sure if I'll stay a customer with the way this all went down !! And I'm sure not sending anymore business their way !?!

Nice employees, and great food. Lots of seating. Arcade games to play. When it gets busy it take a bit longer to get your food but it's always worth the wait. Love this place.

Honestly go on Monday or Tuesday! Family size pizza and up to 4 drinks for about $30! The crust is floury but with the sauce on it...flawless

I've been getting cheese burgers there for the last two years and been happy it's big and tasty but the last few burgers tasted sour.

Such disappointment. The person behind the counter absolutely hates his job. Poor service and attitude. As far as the pizza goes, I would rather buy the cheapest frozen pizza, leave it in my freezer for six months then undercook it. And it would still taste better.

Food was good, bartender was pretty attentive, servers gathered to gossip and talk right next to where we were sitting as they all talked in a group next to the bartender. It was pretty annoying when you're trying to have time with your significant other and enjoy a Sunday afternoon meal.

We were told they had the best pizza in town. How disappointing, the crust was not crispy and the toppings were barely done. Might as well get a frozen pizza, it would have more taste. The man at the counter who took our order was so rude and should not have that job! I would look for any other place to eat while visiting Dubuque!

Ordered beer, and chicken wings. We asked that the wings be cooked extra crispy. They were perfect! Kudos to Chelsea our bartender.

This place has gone downhill so fast its not even funny. I got the wrong food and nothing done about it. Had to wait 15 min for my to go order 10 min afterit was supposed to be done. As I was waiting watched the kitchen crew handle raw food bear handed cross contaminating ALL the food discussing
