Food was good but not being from around there was difficult to decifer how to order. They don't have table service. Tons of toppings on the pizza and the gal at the table next to me had a great looking taco salad.

Got 2 of the meatball sandwiches, frozen meatballs no flavor caked with hard cheese .husband had the big burger no seasoning, no pickle, lettuce tomato or onions just a piece of cheese slapped on a burger...the fries had no salt at all? also got the 2 piece chicken dinner, White meat girl said comes with breast and leg uhhhh breast and wing? at any rate for $53 it was definitely not worth it...sorry shot tower guess we will continue to search for a good meatball sandwich?

I spent over 100 bucks from wings to pizza.. this place is trash no flavor ,soggy bread for a philly ? the wings horrible nvr again order a cold salad and it was hot ??♂️the pizza ? only things that were good was pretzels bite that were cold and mini tacos and the salsa ? no good . You guys need get your stuff togeather bc this isn't it.. over all it's trash food do better wish I could get my money back ..... Smh ?

Today i went into Shot Tower Inn, it was a little pricey for the food. But there we’re two girls, both looked to be teens, they were talking to eachother, which is normal they didn’t seem busy. but right as i got closer to the counter the blond girl came straight up to me, dropped the conversation. I thought that was great. She took my order, was super polite, it was great to see someone younger so polite. I asked her for her name, she told me it was Addy. She used “my pleasure” which was also very nice, and she was just a nice girl. Shot tower is a good restaurant, i 10/10 recommend. T bathrooms were very clean, and so was the dinning room.

Ribs were standard. Wings were fantastic! Parmesan bites were great! We got a deep dish but it was not like a chicago deep dish. It was just thick crust. It was still yummy.

We got here before 8pm closes at 9pm. Put in our order up front. Took a seat in a booth in front of the bar. Didn't get checked on once. When our pizza came out, the server asked us if it was ours. Did not get any other service at all. Taco pizza was OK, nothing to brag about. Non-existent service.

We eat here whenever we are in Dubuque. Their thick crust is far and away the greatest pizza I've eaten in my life and the regular crust is number 2

Really liked that the food and drinks were well priced. We ordered a large Sausage/Mushroom/Pineapple pizza for group of 3 people and the pizza could have easily feed 5 to 6 people. My only complaint is that with in the bar area you are in a low light setting that could be a bit more illuminated.
The taco pizza was tasteless. Don't order.
