The app, the website and the kiosk at store all show small groovy fries for 2.09 but yet they are listed on the fun99 for 1.99. The discount does not apply at the end and the associates will not over ride it saying the price is the price you see.

Every time I come inside the store, we don’t get greeted, we have to stand there for 10-15 minutes before someone approaches us then when they do, we still have to wait another 10-20 minutes waiting on our online drink order. 90% I see my drink sitting on the counter and everyone is just standing around talking. Terrible customer service. Food is okay but always cold when we get it. 10/10 do not recommend Dubuque Sonic!

Multiple times now I’ve got to this store and asked for a plain hamburger how hard is it for y’all to NOT put cheese on everything. A cheese burger and hamburger have one very big difference. On has cheese on it and the other doesn’t. So when someone asks for a plain HAMBURGER maybe don’t put cheese on it.

Order a footlong with onions BBQ sauce. Came hot and ready. Also a grape slush. Been over a year since I been close to a sonic had to try. Price is with the economy. Nice people. Clean lot.
