“Holy smokes, what a meal! We snagged a late lunch from the Soul Mobile on our way through Dubuque, and it was some of the best fried shrimp and chicken wings I’ve ever had. The greens were also killer. Portions were crazy large, food was fast and fresh. Highly recommend you check this place out.“
