I have always ordered the same thing and it's never been a problem but when I ordered my order I always do they made me a drink with milk. (Mine doesnt come with milk) I knew it wasn't right so instead I asked to make sure they made it with milk then I went to purchase another one the lady was talking down to me when I was being civil and I asked her what drinks don't come with milk so I can make sure that I get the name right next time. She got all defensive and explained to me that what I said was what I ordered which was not what I was asking I was asking for her help picking out my drink and in the end I still never got what I ordered after paying for it twice and paying for it twice. They offered to take the drink back but didn't offer to credit it. Why would I not take something I paid for if they weren't going to credit me. I'm never going there again. It's my first time trying this Starbucks, thinking all where the same, at least I know, which Starbucks is the worst in Dubuque. Thanks for that experience

Arrived at the Hy-Vee Starbucks location at 6:59 pm. was pulling up the drink instructions on my phone to order and when I approached the register the employee stated we are CLOSED! Yes, I understand that they close at 7pm but she had just finished making 3 drinks for the previous customers and to turn around and tell me that they are closed is crazy! Needless to say I will not be going to that location again!

These guys are amazing! While I’m a local coffee shop supporter, I’m also a caffeine addict like most other functional adults. So Starbucks and their absolutely marvelous staff are super hard to say no to especially since their mocha is so tasty and the girls and guys there rock! Keep up the great work guys! Drive thru is awful. 5 cars back and have been stuck in line for 40 minutes. How is that even possible....it's coffee.
