Always forgets at least one ingredient in the drink, and baristas are only friendly about half the time I go, but it’s the only drive thru and place I can order ahead in Dubuque! I’ve had my drinks made wrong several times now with this location and I’ve about had it!

Rudddest employee’s I’ve ever encountered. There was a confusion about my online order around 5pm 12/12/2025 and they had to remake a drink. They were all talking crap and when I asked if this was the remake on the counter one of the employees rudely said “i don’t know I just the make the drinks you can go to the register and ask” when no one was at the register and they were all by the pick up counter just talking crap because they had to remake a drink. Super unprofessional.

Came thru for a iced black coffee the blonde at the window with tattoos was rude and disrespectful I was trying to have small talk and she jumped right into being rude wasn’t even trying to talk to her like that what kind of shop are you guys trying to run by far the worst service of my life around 8:20 pm I know I wouldn’t hire people like that or allow them to work for me as I am a business man myself

I’ve come here a couple times although this time I asked for a latte but with less ice and don’t fill the cup all the way with milk seemed to have the male barista on bar quite bothered and mad at every other staff member about that ask. Got a pretty bad drink and felt bad for the people there and he never came to ask me personally what I was ordering just was mad at everyone else that I ordered it. To clarify the other baristas were great and very kind!

Girl that checked us out was shorter with short hair. She first fought us for water and then we offered to buy something and we ordered no ice she filled the the venti cup only half way up and had a terrible attitude when we finally were able to order our waters and replied with a rude tone “no worries I already have the waters”. Terrible customer service!

Oh my goodness, the Oatmilk Hazelnut Latte at Starbucks is like a warm hug in a cup! I ordered it hot, and it was absolutely perfect for a chilly day. The creamy oatmilk blended beautifully with the sweet, nutty hazelnut flavor. It wasn't overly sugary, which I really appreciated, and the warmth was just so comforting. It's like a delicious, lightly toasted hazelnut treat, but in latte form. If you're looking for a cozy, dairy-free pick-me-up, this is definitely it. I highly recommend it! It's my new favorite winter indulgence.

No matter what time i go into this location theres always a warming welcome and im treated like a regular (i swear im not there that often lol). The wonderful welcoming energy rubs off very well and helps me carry it on with my day. Thank you to all the amazing workers at this location 🥰
