Oh my goodness, the Oatmilk Hazelnut Latte at Starbucks is like a warm hug in a cup! I ordered it hot, and it was absolutely perfect for a chilly day. The creamy oatmilk blended beautifully with the sweet, nutty hazelnut flavor. It wasn't overly sugary, which I really appreciated, and the warmth was just so comforting. It's like a delicious, lightly toasted hazelnut treat, but in latte form. If you're looking for a cozy, dairy-free pick-me-up, this is definitely it. I highly recommend it! It's my new favorite winter indulgence.

No matter what time i go into this location theres always a warming welcome and im treated like a regular (i swear im not there that often lol). The wonderful welcoming energy rubs off very well and helps me carry it on with my day. Thank you to all the amazing workers at this location 🥰

The employees talking to the drive thru apparently don't know the ingredients in their products since they can't even tell you if something is completely dairy free. they obviously need more training. Will definitely not be going back

Was really rude to me and over charged me for a hot chocolate and a pup cup i had 10 on a gift card and after they used my gift card they said that i still had to pay 1.56 even though what i ordered was only 5 dollars, they kept my gift card and were really rude to me in the drive through.

I visit this Starbucks just about every Friday morning. Everyone is pleasant and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I may have. However, I have to leave a specific "Well Done" and "Thank You" to Trey (sp?). A few weeks ago, he was more than helpful when I experienced a broken straw problem. Ever since then, he remembers me (with a big smile) and even remembers my specific drink. And THAT is great customer service!

We were here for a nice little family visit and initially our visit was fine but as we were leaving it took a concerning turn. I understand that your employees may hate their jobs and lives but that shouldn't be reflected in how they treat they their customers. As we were leaving my mom was backing up and we were right near the door an employee named MJ was entering at the same and my mom couldn't see behind her. My sister had apologized saying my mom couldn't see her. The employee rolled her eyes, sighed heavily and didn't acknowledge that anyone was even speaking to her. As a GM I watch people very carefully. We will not be back to this location. The staff didn't smile while taking our order and the friendliness you would expect with a restaurant/food industry is just nonexistent. Kindness is free and God is always watching. I've been to multiple Starbucks across the country and this towns level
Is just beyond subpar. God bless.

We went through the drive through on 7/9 at 10:15 am and had 10 items (food and drinks) in our order. The baristas did a fantastic job…never questioned …got it all right the first time hearing it and handed it off with amazing speed…everything was done according to our order. They all deserve a bonus for their stellar customer service! And whoever trained them…job well done!
