This Starbucks location always has great service and really friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The parking lot is spacious, and the drive-thru is well organized, so it’s easy to get in and out. One time, I accidentally placed my online order at a different Starbucks, but when I showed up here, they made my drink anyway - even though they didn’t have to. That kind of customer service really stands out.

Steve, the guy in the drive through, was an absolute jerk. Ordered online for in store pickup. In store closed for whatever reason. Went to drive through and was trying to figure out which ones(ordered multiple of the same type with customizations) had which as they weren't labeled. Just as rude and snippy, he says its because I ordered it through their app he doesn't know. Didn't you just make them? Then the jerk gives me tiny straws for them, i didn't even notice before using and watched my straw disappear inside the drink. I won't be returning. I wasted money here and used to come by and grab drinks every time I go to town. Teach your employees some common sense would you?

Please update hours of operation. I stopped at this location twice this week (as I usually do prior to my work commute). I sat in the drive thru for several minutes both days. When I decided to leave, staff were just standing there. I will no longer go out of my way to this Starbucks location for the lack of reliability

Don’t come to this standalone location looking for a place to sit and work or enjoy your beverages. All closed up. It’s drive through or nothing. Seems the opposite of the point of a Starbucks. If I just wanted a drive through I could save money and go to McDonald’s.

I'm a long time customer to this location. The staff has always been the best I've had the pleasure meeting. And I've been to dozens of Starbucks in several states. In fact I visit this location every day as mini of your customer do. The reason I am one staring this location is for pore management decisions that came about at this location. When you loose the staff that made you. You loos the customers that pay you.
Love this location! I'm a Starbucks fanatic and am super picky about my drinks. This location ALWAYS gets it right every time! Great staff and absolutely love the manager, she's always so friendly.

All of the staff were so friendly and the store looked like it was kept in great condition, very clean. I also got my order really quickly when it seems like it’s been taking a while at other stores. Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Overall very happy with my experience!!

Ordered ahead of time and hour before closing and I get in the door to see a worker tending to a customer at the desk, one by the drive thru window on a FaceTime call and one sitting down. My order wasn't even taken yet while there was TWO employees doing absolutely nothing.
