This Starbucks location always has great service and really friendly staff who make you feel welcome. The parking lot is spacious, and the drive-thru is well organized, so it’s easy to get in and out. One time, I accidentally placed my online order at a different Starbucks, but when I showed up here, they made my drink anyway - even though they didn’t have to. That kind of customer service really stands out.
Natalie was such a pleasurable person to work with! She greeted me as I walked through the door, and provided service with a smile the entire time. I was having a rough morning, but she helped turn that around. Thank you so much, Natalie!
I generally come every week day around 5:30am and the staff is always friendly. The coffee/lemon loaf are amazing as always. I love when they write notes on my drink, makes the day start off well.
