Ordered a footlong rotisserie chicken sandwich. I asked for mayonnaise on the top of the sandwich and l was rudely told it went on first. When l tried the sandwich l found that the chicken or the mayonnaise was did not taste fresh. I told the manager named Rosmi there was a problem with this sandwich. She did not acknowledge my complaint, only shook her head and hands telling me everything was fine. Did not offer to make another sandwich or give a refund. She just turned and walked away. I have stopped here many times but l refuse to return.

The girl Maria was very irritant and rude the entire time. She rolled her eyes every time I asked any questions and made it feel like it was an inconvenience for her that I even came in the store in general. Not a good look at all.

The manager Rosmi is extremely rude and kept lying about things she said. Agreed to give me a refund and when 2 weeks went by without a refund I contacted them again to which the general manager spoke to me and said rosmi would contact me that following Monday. She never contacted me and I finally was able to get ahold of her on Wednesday (because they NEVER answer the phone) to which she argued on the phone and proceeded to hang up on me. I’ve been coming to this location for years and this was the first time I had a complaint to the point I wanted a refund. As long as you don’t need a refund for anything you’ll be fine! They act like they never mess up sandwiches so a refund is never going to happen with Rosmi- apparently she’s got the hands of god and has never made a mistake a day in her life. 🙄

Went to subway on June 28th 2025 $18 on food and they gave me shredded chicken for my items…. I told the subway employees that I wanted chicken strips and they continued to put shredded chicken on my sandwich and I told them it was wrong and they told me they couldn’t remake my food and I called they told me that they are gonna talk with there manager…. It was the worst service and the food was terrible

i am pretty down bad for subway! i spend maybe 20 bucks per week here and i don't regret it!!! yes i may be scared to check my bank account and audibly gulp every time i order and it takes a bit longer than usual, yes i will probably overdraft my bank account because of subway, but thats okay!!! also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GIVE MADISON A RAISE. I NOTICE HER WORKING AT BOTH JFK AND DODGE AND I LITERALLY PRAY EVERYTIME I ORDER SHE MAKES MY SUBS. SHE HAS WATCHED THE POKEMON EVOLUTIONS OF MY SUBS AND ALWAYS DOES AN AMAZING JOB. Bread was stale, I did not get the avacodo I paid extra for, sandwiches were cold even though they were suppose to be toasted. Food was just gross compared to other subways. Tried to call but person who answered did not speak English so could not get resolved.
