Me and my boyfriend went in to get two footlongs and she said they didn’t have what I wanted when I can clearly see they had it in the back the worker was lazy. Didn’t make my order right and decide she was gonna take the card out of the reader and walk away with it! Never really had a problem here but this is the worst I have ever had!

Walked through the door and 1 customer was being waited on and the other one was putting cheese on loaves of bread. Did not even look up at us and did 3 more trays of bread. Not acceptable. We left! 12/30/25 Dodge St location. At that store the customer comes LAST!

The sandwiches we got were unacceptable in my opinion to subway standards our sandwiches were very un even there could be a lot in one spot and barely anything but bread in another spot the meat was also overloaded I had to take some out to taist the rest of my sandwich not to mention they didn’t even close or attempt to with the second and it was a mess when we opened it and my gf could hardly eat it the guy was very slow and was just tossing stuff on the sandwiches when he was making them the was the second time I’ve been to this location and it’s the second time I’ve decided never to go back to subway I miss old subway

Tried the fresh fit steak and avocado sub, where I come from 1170g of sodium isn’t considered healthy, but that’s what you get for fast food, and the steak tasted far from fresh. Bought a meal and got a medium Dr Pepper, wish I would have tasted it before I left. The soda was out and it tasted awful.

I have been to this subway a few times, and apparently I’m a slow learner. The food is hit or miss, but they still haven’t figured out the drive through. The wait times are absurd.

During my most recent visit, I pulled up to the drive through and was told “sorry we’re really busy, could you please come inside?” Why coming inside would alleviate that is beyond me, but not a huge deal. My girlfriend and I walk in and there’s not a single person in there (benefit of the doubt - maybe they had DoorDash orders they were working on). Immediately we are hit with a stench that can only be described as wet dog. It didn’t smell like rotten food, literally just wet dog. It was borderline unbearable. After walking to the counter and having an employee just stare at us, we left.

Save your time and money, pick a different Subway.

Be cautious coming to this establishment. My family and I were on vacation, we needed to stop to let our children use the bathroom before a 3 hr drive home. The management got extremely rude with us about how the restrooms aren't for the public. If I'm not mistaken its a public bathroom... the bathroom floor was completely covered with urine, very nasty. If you are going to be extremely picky about letting people use your public bathroom at the very least it should be cleaned...

We got 3 footlongs 2 were very good .on the other hand my husband's had rotten steak meat in it .When I called they said it was because of the vinegar sorry it was not .very rude to him when he went in to get another one she slamed the sub on the counter that they asked him to bring back...REALLY. we will not be back to this location..and that's sad cause we have been going there for 5yrs ..

Ordered a tuna on flatbread, no cheese, no spinach, had to go back to get my water. My daughter's bread was hard, she didn't get any cheese, will not come back to this subway again.

Love the subs, but I'm so sick and tired of not getting my entire order delivered. Doordash always forgets something without fail and the workers there obviously don't get the order ready, won't be delivering from here anymore, literally the 6th time this has happened
