Cant make the simplest thing correct
The older employee is rude. He has been sweeping while we were eating, making noises with the tables and he bumped our elbow on the table. She is unfriendly, she treats customers badly and she is in a hurry when ordering, it seems that she feels bad about serving customers. It seems unbelievable that they treat foreigners like this, it is the first time it has happened to us in the USA

For the most part, just your typical newer Subway, so nothing super special. I give this one 5 stars because of the employees here. Everytime I've gone I've left thinking, "wow, that person was so nice!" That means a lot. Keep up employing those great employees!
Vegetarian options: You can make it whatever you want, there aren't many (if any) meat substitutes, but there is veggies and carbs galore. If eggs and cheese are a part of your diet too, then you're golden.

Employee while putting on their gloves sneezed directly into them and then proceeded to make sandwiches. Whether it was intentional or not it was wildly irresponsible.

Food was fine but the service was not very welcoming. When I gave a subway employee a coupon they told me to physically walk to the back of the line and read a piece of paper that read in small print "coupons only apply to regular subs" and said I couldn't use it even though I haved used that same coupon with the exact same order at other subways and it worked just fine.

The eployees had to ask the same question for each sandwich about 3 times, the food was extremely cold for something that was “toasted” and they refused to follow the coupons as printed, only allowing certain meats when the coupons clearly stare the sandwiches that are excluded from the deal. Worst service i’ve ever received.

Order delivery through Subway and paid extra for bacon on my tuna wrap. But when I got my tuna wrap. Not only was there no bacon on it, but I could only eat a few bites because the wrap literally tastes like I was biting into a handful of salt. Paid over $20 for the wrap and delivery on everything. And when trying to call the store to say something or get a new wrap made and I would pick up. I got no answer Around 345pm

They need to have better systems for dealing with online and drive through orders. I ordered online and when it said it was done I still had to wait 30min for it to actually be done. A guy ahead of me just left after waiting for 20 min.
