I went to this location with a group of my friends we sat in the drive through while the worker ignored us after saying hello a few times because we were confused this worked yelled at us to stop saying hello into her ear they were short staffed and busy we were the only people there with one car in front of us it was extremely rude and unprofessional then when we asked to order two seperate orders she rudely responded “only one order per car like I said before there are only two of us here” so we left and will not be going back they are very rude

This store is the slowest fast food I have EVER seen, they won't take an order from drive thru until they have finished the order ahead of you, every night they close every single night for half an hour to make more meat why aren't they ever prepared for this it's every single night people are passed out passed along it's dumb this store is garbage the people that work here they should all be fired
Lady at the drive window on Saturday at 12:30 was really rude and didn’t even ask us kindly what we wanted she yelled start ur order than had attitude the entire time we were at the window did not enjoy this experience as I do work at a drive thru myself this is unacceptable to treat customers this way!!

Was talked to very badly and very disrespected. Was told they didn't have my mobile order and to move out of my drive thur by a male white guy. This was at the locus location in Dubuque iowa. On 1/26/25 at 1 am. I'm sorry to say that after stopping there 3 times a week on my way home from work, I will not ever use this location ever again. I have never been talk to in such a disrespectful rude way.

Maybe try getting the orders right. Reading isn't hard and a high school education is required for your job so I know for a fact you can read. Do better
Burnt chicken nuggets, lack of service and attention to their register and went to order something else online and was told to wait 15 minutes with no one else there and other people came by and got told the same thing, so they left mad, and I cancelled my online order and went somewhere else and will never come back here. Both Dubuque locations need go change the time they decide to stop to stock up they’re line or whatever they’re doing from 10-1030 I’ve tried both locations multiple times as me and multiple people try after work when we get off at 10pm from Deere I’m not the only person who has the same idea yet we all end up having to back up and leave, not only loosing buissness BUT Leaving a sour taste for anyone getting off work to even try to go there
