The food is disgusting but on top of that the service is absolutely horrible and slow. Plus the lobby is locked so you can't even go inside

Taco bell might as well go full vegetarian. My steak quesadilla had 4 bits of meat, the tacos had a tiny smear of meat, and the burrito had a refried bean to meat ratio of 5 to 1. At least the sauces are good.

I just have to say if you know your this busy at night time. You should definitely have you lobby open. I waited a half hour in the drive thru. And 10 minutes at the window

Very rude male on drive Thur told me I don't have your order. Move out of my drive Thur. On 1/26/25 at 1 am. I stop there 3 times a week on my way home from work and will never go to this location ever again. That is the rudest I've ever been talk to in my 50 years of life. Very unprofessional staff. Nobody at front counter.paid for nacho sause received a quarter cup.they forgot her sour cream and than argued about it when I asked for it.small portions. Sooo not worth the price.will never go back

Went through drive through. Was asked if we had a mobile order in a flippant tone. I said no. The person then told me it would be a 5min wait. I was 1 of two cars. They should be doing drive through first. Mobile orders are for people who wait to have it delivered. I should be served 1st because I am at the restaurant. I had my 15 moth old in the back. Very bad service. This is not the first time either.

been to this taco bell three times and all three times i’ve waited in the drive through for 20-30 minutes and then given cold food.
0/10 got food poisoning called for corporate’s number and they said I needed a access code to be connected?

They really need to hire better management. I walk in on 1/8/25 around 9pm. No one spoke but looked at me and went back to work. After 5 min I ask is anyone able to help me. A woman on a cell phone making food states "yeah someone will be there soon. I ask who's the manager and she replies its her. Key the manager on duty could use some customer service training! I wont be back!

Food was great, but sevice was lacking due to new hires. There were not many to no people at all. Could be better!
Parking: Though there are not many people inside Tacobell, almost all the spots are taken up!
